Most western performance showing requires one hand and its quite useful when doing things like opening gates, drinking water on the trail or even being able to maneuver around obstacles!

The Horse featured in this video is 5-year old Appaloosa, Banjo. She is a sweet young mare that is ready to transition to a curb bit. That means we're going to need to be riding her one-handed in the near future. I think she did great!
