That happened to me lol!! I went to spike the ball and it slipped out of my hand and was all lotiony!! Lol! Here’s a trick- bring a small towel (like a sweat towel bug for your hands only) and wipe you hands of a little after you moisturize to get rid of any extra lotion.

Do/can people wear pads for volleyball? I haven’t had to wear anything yet while playing but I’m afraid that I might and I’m just wondering if you can wear pads. Like can’t you see them through spandex?
StarryBlueSkies * for some reason when I wore pads while playing you could not see my pads, i did blead through the spandex though (I played the full 3 sets so I could not go to the bathroom and I was to lazy) but that is because i have heavy periods that last 10 days (i got medication to help me though)

Nice video!! But I’ve had bad experiences with lotion and volleyball. So I have a lotion that smells really good and I wanted to smell good after school so I put the lotion on my legs and at volleyball, I was sweating and my legs were very slippery (even though I did rub in he lotion) and my knee pads were a little sticky too !!😂😂so I don’t recommend wearing lotion on your legs during matches or practices👍

I’m glad that you’re trying out for volleyball, however women’s volleyball is for women, and men’s volleyball is for men. If you’re looking to try for volleyball, try looking for a recreational league that hosts boys in your area.

For real I made my volleyball team and it was all cause of her tips, helps, and how to play!! I just needed 5 days to get everything right.
