I am planning to build a TV panel in my living room. There is a bathroom behind this wall and facing damp related issue in this wall. So I am planning to cover the entire wall with plywood and make the panel. do we need to o any kind of moisture absorbing technique? what are the possible methods?. Or the plywood itself is capable of resisting the moisture formed behind this?

Also it is growing to entire area in down floor. especially the bottom portion with basement. I observed it for several days and found it become wet in the area below the windows(not for all windows) during rainy days. found the moisture in outer wall through foundation. any solution for this.
