Edit: With my very poor Japanese skills what they talked about during the break between songs besides Bae Doona's greeting, the band introduction and self introductions was I think pretty typical Japanese concert MCing with a little anecdotes from Sekine-san, Maeda-san and Kishi-san that I couldn't quite make out fully.

When Aki (Kyoko, on drums) introduces Bae (Son), Bae literally says, "hello, thank you" in Korean. Absolutely adorable thru n thru! Oh, and another thing: when they do "Endless Song" DooNa pulls away from the mic because the word sang there is a banned word in Japan, which deemed The Blue Hearts as "controversial" when the song was released. Even the original recording tries to hide the word haha

First of all, watch the movie!!! It's truly endearing and beautiful, then listen to The Blue Hearts self-titled album since all the songs in the movie came from that album. The album is good too :) and there is a full paran maum EP in which they cover more songs from The Blue Hearts but not included in the movie. It's also really good ❤ i can give you a link to the EP complete with booklet if u want ;)
