3 shots on a 20" steel plate at a 1000 yards before the first rnd sounds. None of these guns can do this. The Watchmen can and holds 14 RDS of .300 win mag.

The funny part is the vast, vast majority of people who drool over such rifles and drop crazy money on them will never have the skill to fully utilize them.

My dad and uncle were both sharpshooters in the military and I always wanted to be too (unfortunately I’m disabled) but my dad always told me, “you can have the best gun in the world boy, but you put it in the hands of an idiot and all you’ll never get under a 6 inch grouping

I own a Tikka TACT A1 in 6.5 Creedmoor and it is insanely accurate for a factory rifle. I can’t say enough good things about it. It just shoots like a champ. Even the Berger 140 gr. VLD’s, which can be temperamental, are no problem. It shoots them at .3 to .4 moa, without even fiddling with the seating depth. I just picked the longest seating depth that would fit in the magazine (approx. 40 Thou jump), just like I’ve done with the less finicky Berger hybrids. It shoots them all great without bothering to find nodes or the use of a tuner. The rifle is really nicely made, the bolt action is legendary Tikka buttery smooth, the magazine feeds perfectly and the folding stock locks up tight as a bank vault. Best money I’ve spent on a rifle yet.

2 of the 5 rifles featured here are of Finnish origin. Now we see why some people say Finland can hold its ground against the Russians.
NATO is so much stronger now with Finland & Sweden in the fold.

My bro, Russia is a great power great powers like England and America are a match Finland is tough and skilled but not advanced like any of the above countries , warfare consists of many elements we know Finnish snipers are historically successfull but warfare nowadays consists more than snipers, today Russia is fighting against mini Nato in Ukraine and yet Russians still pulling victories because they're way ahead of their competition, only UK can cause Russia real trouble USA aren't as strong as they once were.

The Finns make the best rifles, however they could never stand up against Russia in any sort of war, have a look at a map and you will understand that Russia has a far larger population and has the worlds best missiles. However the Tikka rifles I have fired are even better than purpose rifles that I have had built, there is something supernatural about their accuracy.

I have had two Tikka rifles and have found them more accurate than rifles that I had specially built for 1000 yard competitions. They are extremely accurate without having to muck about with seating depth. On top of that they are quite cheap for what you get, also the barrels last longer than most. I had one fitted with a bench rest stock and was able to shoot ten rounds for a group of .3moa at one hundred yards. I shoot groups small than that, but not ten shot groups. The gun cost me just over $1700 with a muzzle brake attached.

Nato countries along with Australia conducted a survey of what is really needed in a sniper rifle. They looked at conflicts since Vietnam and determined that there were two requirements and neither required a range longer than 800m. So all this rubbish about 2000m accuracy was irrelevant. They also determined that using a 50cal was a waste, required two people and could not be stealthy. The 338 Lapua Mag came out on top for anti material shooting and the 308 was still relevant at closer range.
The war in Ukraine has also tossed up similar observations, saying that soft targets at less than 1000m are rare and all that did was bring in a mortar strike before the sniper team decamped. In fact the war has shown that only 10% of the combat involved soldiers using personal weapons, including snipers. In most cases forward units don't even see the enemy. It's a war of drones dropping cheap munitions and artillery. Tanks have almost been made almost redundant and airstrikes are too risky as a new generation of shoulder fired missiles rendering helicopters and ground attach fixed wing too expensive to risk using. As for fighters, air to air combat is non existent.

So looking at what available. The NEMO ARMS Watchmen with a few upgrades seems the best choice. I own one. Done right you have a low recoil semi automatic holding 14 rds of 300 win mag that shoots 1/2 moa or better. It's around 17 pounds with a Overbore bipod and a large scope and mount. Add a can and now your around 19 pounds. So here is a test that JP Enterprise likes to do. Lets see what your picks can do. Place 3 shoots at 1000 yards brefore you hear the first shot. Let see that test.

But hey, they're Canadian, so guys like this one can't pull their fingers out long enough to look the McMillan's record up.

I just sold a 300 Norma mag, great rifle, the same case is used for the 338 Norma. The performance of the Norma .338 and Lapua are the same. The only difference is that Lapua brass is available for the Lapua for reloading, while the Norma relies on Norma brass. This is acceptable because Norma brass is almost as good.
