Roosevelt Roads Development

In this video you will see three projects to be developed in Roosevelt Roads according to the Puerto Rico Government. However my findings are that there has not been even one rock laid towards building these projects since the signs have been put up over than a year to date!

Hi, you will encounter many cyclist in the morning between 7-10am during weekdays and again in the afternoon from 4-6pm. Weekends in the mornings there will be much more people cycling the majority are training but you will not be alone anyware for the most part.
