I love foggy mornings. Having the grass cut makes a world of difference.

My comment seems to have been lost last week... Anyways, several different sites have been hailing the advantages of using a crimping roller in lieu of mowing the grasses (?). Might be worth doing some research into on a rainy day...
Cherries are usually pretty hardy from my understanding... Your elderberry might do well around the perimeter of your ponds (?)
    Much love.

Unless your asparagus is at least 3 years old it shouldn't be picked. The plants need to focus on developing good roots.
Look at all that compost materials!😆 Dried and green grasses cut. Mix with 25% manure and you get good compost, free.
Optional, mulch cut some and you have decent mulching for beds.
Those beds going down the slope would probably be better turned to go across, holding water.

Prune cherries in late summer, not winter like other trees.

I understand the beds would have been better the other way where swales could have been used. However I have a different idea for irrigation. Collecting rain from the greenhouse and using it to water the beds.
