    Not just for juniors but all ages. Warm up, stretching, and flexibility very important (yes, I still play at 46).
    Thank you coach Kennie! ☺

    • @CoachKennieAsuncion
      @CoachKennieAsuncion  5 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      When I was younger our team only had 2 courts and so we would do the exercises on 2 courts per exercise but if u have access to 3 courts that would be good as well as seen on the video. And slow jogs on the side. It’s good to do it on a daily basis, take it as part of your warm up routine. Thank you for your question & feedback! 🏸🏸

      @@CoachKennieAsuncion waiting for it. There are many videos in TH-cam about backhand clear. But non of them tell how to start with and how to develop a good backhand clear step by step. If you can make it slightly different from others (like your forehand stroke practicing near the wall was great , and I am able to improve my forehand clear and smash now) , that will really help

    Many advance Player after they achieve some skill they stop doing all this and this is when their game starts to drop. Basic have to do daily take it as warm up. Basic is the foundation of your game. Stop doing your basic your game will drop slowly compare to those who keep it even they already at pro level.

    • @CoachKennieAsuncion
      @CoachKennieAsuncion  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Don’t look at it that way because you will be discouraged. There’s so many good players but we can set small goals one at a time. Target a specific player and learn to overcome their game style... take it step by step. All champions had to fail many times before they could be champions. Have patience and just enjoy the game... 😁🏸
