I was looking at our food labels. I wasn't seeing trisodium phosphate, but I was seeing a lot of sodium phosphate. I Googled it, and it sounds like it's the same thing. Do you know if it is?
So there is actually a "family" of chemical compounds known as sodium phosphates. Di, Tri, Tetra and polyphosphates all fall into the family. They do have slightly different side effect and uses. When used in the medical industry sodium phosphate is actually a Saline laxative 😬😵💫🫣. I'm sure we can all figure out why they decided to put a laxative in processed cheese 🤣😂. ~Kirstie
I will put the recipe in the description but it took me A LOT longer than 21 minutes to do the research on what trisodium phosphate does to people. And that, along with the recipe is the purpose of this video. ~Kirstie

Making things from scratch is always better but if my rule of thumb is must have 4 or less ingredients and I must know what they are
