@@yelenaakopian1164 actually I've been wondering if she has been realizing that yet.. I was watching a video yesterday that claims to Amber's claim about the Milani makeup is bogus because Milani started making the compact after Amber claims that she had been using it to disguise bruises. If I discovered that my client did that to me I would bail but I don't know how easy it is to do that as a lawyer.. there must be a lot of different cases where a lawyer realizes that that their client client is lying.. Mr Depp is also lying in a way. He claims that he never abused Amber. But headed butting and pushing her is considered assault legally. She did not press charges for either one of those things.. just as he did not press any charges toward her either as far as assault. But the unquestionably abused each other but they didn't file any charges... Other than filing a defamation case... It's one of those Bill Clinton things like Bill Clinton said he didn't have sex with Monica Lewinsky.. he may or may not have put his penis in her vagina but he certainly had sex with her. In like manner Johnny Depp may or may not have struck Amber with a fist or a slap but he did head butt head butt her as he confessed on the recording.. he also did push her as he confessed under the recording and he is a rageaholic which is emotional abuse.. it's not against the law to be a rageaholic and it's not against the law to call anybody a "can't" as Johnny did on the recording. However it is still 100% abuse. So he did abuse her just like Bill Clinton had sex with Monica Lewinsky... But claims that he didn't

It's always fascinating to see medical professionals and lawyers interact.
Doctors, scientists, and anyone practicing the various fields of medicine and science will rarely give you a concrete, simple yes or no because what's considered true at the moment can always change and a lot of things need explanation. It's why the word "impossible" is rarely used, it's always "improbable". There's always a chance that things can change and no matter how well versed you are in the field, you can't always be certain.
Lawyers on the other hand will often want concrete yes or no answers because they need to eliminate context in order to win a case. Start trying to explain something that's detrimental to their defense and they'll shut it down, asking again in different ways until they get the answer they want.
One of them needs to explain context in order to bridge the gap between professional and the public. The other needs to eliminate context in order to sway the public to their side.

This super awesome psychologist has also been pointed out by Vanessa Paradis - Depp's ex girlfriend and mother of their 2 children - as being a side piece of this one during the last 5 months of their relationship.
Vanessa Paradis dropped this information this morning on the 24/7 worldwide news channel.
In fact, she even went a bit further by speaking AGAIN about the pictures of these two taken either by them or by the paparazzi at the time, stating that over the course of these months - the very last o their lovely couple and family.
Mind you, this amazing psychologist had the nerve to give Depp some advice regarding his couple as well as his involvement in both his children and long time girlfriend's lives which he happily followed and reported to her.

Let me make this crystal clear for you, it means Depp has absolutely no credibility whatsoever, you like this psychologist only for the way she looks.
If she was a bit older, chubbier, you wouldn't pay any attention to her so let's stop pretending you like her for her work ethic, especially since she has none.
She was in an adultery relationship with the defendant for whom she is testifying, mind you she contradicted herself at the very least twice during her testimony.
She is lying while under oath.
She shouldn't even be there in the first place due to the nature of her and Depp's relationship which was adultery as I mentioned it upper.
She knows him since more than a dozen years and yet she is acting as if she met him in a restaurant through his own "legal team" to conduct a psychological evaluation : during dinner then at the bar, while having drinks with him...

The fact that Ambers attorney makes a big deal about her meeting with Johnny Depp & his legal team is so bizarre, why wouldn’t the person hiring someone meet & vet the person… Also, it’s so obvious that Amber’s attorney is suggesting the only reason the forensic psychologist gave Amber a borderline personality diagnosis is because that is what Johnny wanted her to say. In fact, her getting to meet & speak with her patients partner or ex-partner actually gives her a much stronger & more full understanding of what Ambers day to day typical behavior looks like. I’ve participated in many IEP meetings as an educator. Most thorough & comprehensive evaluations done on someone rely on a variety of input. In the situations I’ve been apart of, when a child is evaluated for a learning disability or if they are refered for testing due to behavior related issues, there is always evaluations sent home for a parent to complete, the child’s teachers are asked to complete 1 or 2 different assessments usually one more focused on how they interact with peers, adults, handle disappointment, show empathy ect. In addition to an evaluation which focuses more on academic competencies.
The best, well rounded & most comprehensive assessments include input from multiple people in the persons life. ESPECIALLY when your looking at a personality similar to Ambers; a sneaky, vindictive, hateful, jealous, envious and overall un-likable person. I’d LOVVVEEEE to know how many life long friends Amber has, people that have known her since elementary or middle school, (even highschool) and are still friends with her today! How many people does she have in her life that they feel they can count on her if needed?! I’d put money on ZERO!! She is the kind of person that rolls through people, becomes incredibly close to someone, they accept her & show her love & affection & security/trust, and when she decides she doesn’t like how something happened SHE EXPLODES! The forensic psychologist explained it so perfectly. Being friends with or around someone with that kind of personality disorder/mental health issue is both physically & mentally & emotionally draining on the other person. The relationship will eventually end up NOT BEING WORTH THE TIME & ENERGY!!!

Most of what they brought up didnt do much because Depp's case is pretty good and these things don't add up to much in favour of Amber Heard. But they are getting paid a hefty sum and they need to do all they can. You would be surprised but in many cases this much would be more than enough for a guy to lose a Domestic Violence case, it really doesn't take much.

The psychologist said that many people that have personality disorder tend to not go to therapy, since they don’t like to hear their faults. We can conclude that Amber Heard was not happy having to attend this sessions. Either: 1. Invented the story to get back at the psychologist, 2. Is so self-righteous she believes everyone is smitten over her., or 3. Feels the need to feel some sort of power over the psychologist (which she believes is fame). I could be completely wrong but I just find this muffin story interesting.

Why would any professional in their right mind give the other legal team something they can use against them in court, that could potentially jeopardize the entire case?. Also, why would she take muffins to amber knowing fully well she was hired by Johnny's attorneys? Common sense that, that would be used against her in court. I do kind of feel bad for the lawyers, taking such a famous case knowing you’ll lose and a majority are rooting against you would suck.

They didn't have to take the case.
They chose to be in this situation.
I feel no pity for sharks like that.

I feel like they could still win, unfortunately

@@mercy6831 They can't, impossible. Even Amber's legal team doesn't believe they will win. There are too many traits to Johnny Depp's personality regarding the entire situation for him to even think of domestically abusing Amber, he even said that he would allow Amber to let a little bit of his blood with a knife to show how much of a horrible situation she was in and she intentionally denied not to seem less criminal, but to seem that she is more innocent than on camera.

"when you found the dead body, did you check for a heart beat?"
It was a dead body, lying on a steel bed in the morgue.
"How can you be so sure that the body was dead?"
    It had no pulse
"What else did you check for?"
It was blue, not moving, and cold
"But how could you be sure that it really was dead?"
Because it's brain was in a jar next to the body
"But do you think it is still possible, however remotely, that it was alive?"
Yes, it is possible that it was alive and practicising law somewhere
