You need to submit parent registration certificate in the initial part and the recent / valid certificate in the second stage( for good standing )

As per the NMC guidelines you need to upload the initial registration in the first stage and recent / valid council registration in the second stage....

As far as I know, your concern about the address may not be a problem but not sure about the date of birth issues. Check with agency as well..

There is no specific verification form from NMC in the new online system but you need to submit the handwritten application form along with required documents and payment which I have mentioned in the video...

I have unregistered nursing practice in Maharashtra.Later I registered the same for another hospital.For the NMC registration I downloaded both registration restriction and Registration Verification forms and forwarded to Maharashtra Nursing Council.From there they forwarded all forms to NMC in one envelope.But now NMC registration portal showing 'this document has been received' against the place of Maharashtra registration. Same time registration restriction form is not showing in the portal.Please give some regarding this issue.
Don't worry... I think there won't be any problem.... if NMC have any doubt they will send you a mail for clarification....

As per the new online registration process, there is no need to upload the experience certificate in NMC portal.... but for overseas registration verification you need to submit the same in your council .... but check it with the council as well.

As far I know, You need to contact them and submit the application and pay the amount same as KNMC. Otherwise they will not give your details to NMC by mail. Unfortunately NMC does'nt have any downloadable verification form. I got this information from one of the candidate which he had contacted Tamil Nadu Registration council...

NMC recomends you to upload the initial registration details which you have done after the completion of your training. And also you have to give recent / valid registration details in the second stage

As per the new online process there is no option to enter council email id and phone number, just fill up the council name and upload your registration certificate. NMC will contact the council for the verification...

The initial stage means eligibility and qualification assessment that means before CBT.... you can submit the KNMC verification right now... already it's been delayed..... there is no downloadable verification form in the new online process so that you need to submit the handwritten application form along with required documents and make the payment immediately....

I think you need to submit the payment slip of Rs 2000/- to KNMC directly or by post ( there is no option for online payment )with required documents and a written application form as per the new online process...

If you haven’t been registered in the three years before submitting your application, but have previously held registration, NMC’ll ask you to provide details of your last regulator so that they can provide a supporting character declaration, but NMC ’ll also need a more recent supporting declaration as well.
In this instance, and for those who have never held registration before, depending on your circumstance you’ll need to provide a supporting character declaration from one of the following:
your most recent employer, if you’ve worked in a healthcare setting within the three years before submitting your application
your education institution that provided your training if you graduated, but haven’t practised, in the year before submitting your application

There is no need to mention the NMC address but you need to let KNMC know that you are doing NMC registration under the new online process

Yes.. there is no specific forms but You have to submit the handwritten application along with required documents and DD of Rs 2000/- to the council for the overseas verification..
