As I grief, I began to make some childhood dishes. I stumbled upon your channel while searching for the taste of my mom. Her signature dishes were mostly Cantonese and Hakka in Malaysian style, and it was challenging to find the right recipes online until I found you. I am so delighted to say that your recipes are very close to what I remember about my mom's cooking (including this pan mee, one of the rare dishes that I received hands-on coaching from my mom - I wept when this video popped up on my TH-cam homepage), as well as other Chinese Malaysian dishes I grew up with. Thanks for sharing them. I can now share them with my kiddo too. I will forever be grateful for your kindness to share ❤️

My family favorite food. I usually add egg and cooking oil to the flour and divide dough into 100g each. It's much easier to cook individually instead of one big pot as 100g dough just enough for one serving. Especially for new cook, they might not able to pull the dough fast enough.

Hi Auntie Liew. It looks delicious and I have always love 'pan mien' but still find it a lot of work. Hahaha. In my hometown, Kuching, my family loves to cook the 'money chai' fried with garlic and lots of eggs. Am lucky I am able to get it too in Singapore.

我小時候常吃，看到這個視頻 滿滿的回憶湧出來。哭了😢 很想外婆外公，希望疫情快快結束，可以回家鄉見他們。
我們客家那邊叫：面板，可以鹹和甜兩種吃法。
我煮過一次給兒子吃，兒子很喜歡吃，每隔一段時間兒子就會要求要吃 面板。，他很喜歡幫忙一起做。我會跟他說我小時候做的事，玩的玩具，吃的東西，我小時候的沒食（回憶），我都盡量跟外婆或長輩學，再不學就失傳了。學會了做給兒子吃，這是我能留給他的回憶：是媽媽的味道
米粉糕是我的最爱，试过一次擀面不成功，放弃了，现在都是外面打包 !
