@@raihaali1102 First of all let me tell you one thing, losing weight isn't easy, it requires a lot of consistency, patience, sheer determination, and hard work, that's why 99% of people fail to lose weight successfully. Having said that, I eat 2 meals a day, meal # 1, 3 boiled eggs, 1 cup of coffee latte, 25 grams oatmeal in which I put 1 tablespoon peanut butter and 50 ml milk. Meal # 2, 300 grams meat (any kind), and a lot of veggies. Following this diet is quite difficult and I often feel hungry at night, but I am okay with that. Many would call this unhealthy but honestly speaking I don't care what other people think of it, it's my problem and I have to deal with it. So far this diet plan is working perfectly for me. You come across too many health gurus every single day who gives you a lot of advice, I have stopped listening to them. In terms of work out, I work out 6 times a week, 3 sessions of cardio, and 3 sessions of weight training. In the case of cardio, I prefer to jog outside, my each cardio session consists of a 5~7 km jog. In the case of weight training, I train my 2 muscles in each session. Apart from these, I make sure to walk at least 13,000 steps a day. So, by following this diet and exercise routine, I have managed to lose 20 kgs in the past 3 months.

@@raihaali1102 Try intermittent fasting..16-8 rule. Means 16 hours of fasting and 8 hours of eating. Consume fewer carbs (less roti, rice, etc.).
Do you work out and what food you eat just want to know because losing 20 kgs is very difficult...how long did it take to lose 20kilos
