(For 450g loaf mold)
330g Bread flour (12.7% Protein content)
10g Matcha powder
30g Sugar
4.5g Salt
3.5g Instant dry yeast
125ml Milk
112ml Water
18g Unsalted butter

แป้งขนมปัง 330 กรัม (โปรตีน 12.7%)
ผงชาเขียว 10 กรัม
น้ำตาล 30 กรัม
เกลือ 4.5 กรัม
ยีสต์แห้ง 3.5 กรัม
นมจืด 125 มล
น้ำ 112 มล
เนยจืดนื่ม 18 กรัม (ที่อุณหภูมิห้อง)
