Bro, can you imagine part of a new Metal Gear Solid game taking place on this ship? Harken back to the amazing tanker segment of Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty! 💯👏👍💪😃
@@CuriousEarthMan 53 feet containers don't convert, because this is a North America land freight measure of lenght only. But yes 24000 TEU is 12000 FEU. You will not believe it, but it's real.
I have a question why is length of the ships limited to 399.50 mtr is there any specific reason for that can you explain
Thanks
The Major reason is port infrastructure around the world(difficult to entertain bigger vessels) and Panama and Suez Canal restrictions.
24 knots doesn't equal 44 miles an hour. Think you might have confused miles with kilometers
Woops..honest mistake, yes it is 44km/h
Km don't make any sense 😾😾
27 mph
WORLD largest container ship is msc tessa with carrying capacity 24,000 teu & 400 mtr long
Awesome video, new subscriber
This is what I do for a living I run a container trucking co we pick up at the ports of Boston and New Jersey
Awesome 👏 .. integral part of intermodal transport
Great Explanation Sir..!
Thank you…❤️
Glad you liked it

1:17 Check that conversion - not 44mph
Nice video
if ships did not exist, none of us would have anything but what is made locally
24 knots equal
27.62 Miles per hour
44.45 Km per hour
Not 44 MPH
THEY JUST HAVE TRUCKS ON THESE SHIPS???
They can carry all kinds of goods including oil and chemicals in the containers.
They can carry trucks too....Are you talking about RoRo ships?
70-80 rpm is very slow rotational speed. How can it reach 24knots with such a slow propeller rotational speed?
by spinning a massive propeller nearly 30ft in diameter weighing over 100 tons.
🤟
Draft of this ship?
16 meters
Biggest ship container is 95000 capacity
why all largest ship length is 399.9 and why not enter in 4 hundred figure
probably lock capacity in Panama or elsewhere.
U talk inside a room?
24000teu means how many containers???
24000 container of 20ft
@@marineinsight impossible man....u mean 24000 such boxes of container😬
Yes 24,346 containers capacity, to be precise.
"twenty foot equivalency units" the equivalent of 24,000 pcs, 20 foot containers. 12,000 if 40 ft. not sure 53' footers convert so easily.

wrong facts.... the EVER ACE is the biggest.
Chinese ship builder able to produce even larger cargo vessels 🚢 in the later days.
They might if the port and waterways infrastructure allows to accommodate them
