I like the Reverence except for the random full bath between the master and living room. The kitchen and pantry are great in this model. I love the den in the Stardom and also the tub in the bathroom. The mudroom makes most sense near the garage. The wire racks stink in all homes. Wood makes such a difference. I agree with you about the pocket doors otherwise it's a tight squeeze. How come on some of the models the landscaping covers the entry to the garage? Each home is nice with its own special features. The community and location seem nice.
Thank you for the comment!! It sounds like we have quite a few similar preferences when it comes to home designs. I appreciate your insights on the different models and their unique features! I thought the same thing about the Landscaping in front of the garage until I went and saw it was just the model homes being blocked off. Maybe to showcase some of the landscaping, though I'm not sure. If you have any more questions or need help with anything! I'd love to help if there's anything else you'd like to discuss about home designs or the community, I'm all ears!
Absolutely, everyone has their preferences! Hallandale Beach does indeed offer a vibrant scene with its growing communities, businesses, and nightlife. It's fantastic how diverse our choices can be when it comes to cities and what they offer. It's great to hear your perspective-it adds so much richness to the variety of experiences people seek in a place to call home!
Thank you! I'm really glad you liked it. If there's anything specific, you'd like to know more about or any other topic you're interested in, feel free to ask.

I can say Statistically Speaking Florida residents paid around $6,000 a year for home insurance in 2023, marking a substantial 42% rise from the previous year. My Home insurance nowhere near that number because that's an average. Home insurance rates in Florida can vary significantly by city due to multiple factors such as proximity to the coast, risk of natural disasters, local property values, and crime rates.
It's true that the cost of homeowners insurance in Florida can be a significant consideration. The changes in the insurance landscape have indeed impacted many. It's unfortunate that it has led to such high premiums, making it a challenging decision for many people. Mine isn't near that Price but I see your perspective.

Thank you! and I appreciate your honesty! I'll definitely take that into consideration for future videos, and aim to showcase more of the houses. Good question! Affordability is indeed relative and can vary widely for different individuals or groups. It's essential to consider various perspectives and circumstances when discussing affordability. What might seem affordable to one person could be quite challenging for another. What price point would you like to see? I'd love to highlight some homes!
yup, Florida median income is around 70k, at the lowest end of these houses thats 5x income to purchase and around 10x at the top. AKA Not affordable for the MEDIAN HOUSEHOLD
If you are averse to noise I would not buy a villa. You will share a common wall with your neighbor. And sounds from kids, dogs, parties and even sex will transfer over... No thanks.. Single Family all the way. The fee seems high. For less you could get an amazing gym membership. And that fee will deter potential buyers later on who wouldn't plan on using the pool and pickle ball courts etc
Thank you for your informative video! Much appreciated!

Is it HOA community?
Yes, it is! The community operates under an HOA, which helps maintain the neighborhood's amenities and ensure a certain standard of living.
@@verobeachrealtor-alexartea4253 and ensures karen can over manage your life and raise HOA fees whenever they feel and with little notice
Aint nobody moving to Florida all the major insurance companies have left....$6000 yearly for homeowners insurance...no thank you

and for these houses you gotta remember about 3-5k a year in HOA fees that will also go up every year
@@t4nk3d402Yup. HOAs, the gift that keeps taking. Cold, soulless communities. Americans love pretty interior decorating.
one tennis court????
Vero Beach and Sebastian indeed have a good number of tennis courts available.
But there are four pickleball courts in the community.
