@longballer13 I had to get rid of my binary trigger when maryland made possession illegal. The state legislators made a state bump stock ban after the Vegas shooting they didn't think the federal ban was sufficient they added any binary firing triggers. So since I don't have illegal firearms because i dont want the felony that comes with them i was forced to sell my binary trigger to someone out of state who could legally own it. Days after the vote I wore my Franklin armory binary trigger t-shirt to work and one of the legislators who voted to ban the binary trigger did not even know what it was on my t-shirt he said he voted for it because it was going to pass either way and he didn't want to be on the losing side of a gun safety bill
Yeah I don’t know if my local range doesn’t seem to care, but I see people at mine , just dumping mags back to back. Range officer definitely does not care. I sure do. Only if you are competent should you be doing that sort of thing. Fortunately all shooters rapid firing at my range were really solid shooters already. That helps a lot.

@chrisschmidt3033 works similarly to a FRT, just acts on the safety instead of the trigger group. I'm working on 3d printing one to see how well it works, then I'm thinking about taking the 3d model to a local machine shop and getting them to mill me one put of tool steel.

He had his gun pointed across the entire line from the second to left most booth without the bolt locked back when he dropped the mag in. Without the bolt back or a chamber flag, he could have been pointing a live chambered gun at everything to the right of him on the line. That's not good range manners.

I should have just bought one, but I was too young and inexperienced to realize the people who were telling me it's a bad idea were just fudds who only liked 870s

And yes, I work at a shooting range and this is a great way to get kicked the fuck out 😂 not because the rapidfire, but because you could shoot my lines down, then I have to shut down the whole range to repair the steel line that shouldn’t have been shot because the person isn’t trying to train correctly. Now we’re just outside of Fort Bragg, which is the largest military base for JSOC so there’s a lot of military influence around and we tend to do things the right way at my shooting range.

His range etiquette is why you see holes in the lane dividers at every indoor range. Keep that muzzle pointed down range and stay inside your lane.
