    생이스트사용하면 굳이 우유는 데우지 않아도 되는건가요? 이스트양은 두배구요

    전 반죽도 모양도 다 좋았는데 굽기전 밀가루를 너무 많이 뿌려서 망했어요ㅠ 먹을때마다 밀가루가 솔솔...

    안녕하세요^^ 오늘 만들어보았는데 성공했어요! 촉촉.부들부들.쫀득쫀득 참 맛나네요^^ 170도로 20분하고 뺐는데 님처럼 구움색이 진하게 안나왔어요! 담번에 제 오븐으로는 조금더 구워야겠어요! 레시피 감사합니다! 혹시 이 레시피로 단팥빵가능한가요? 1차발효끝내고 둥굴릴때 팥소넣어서 2차발효하고 구워도 될까요?

      은박지 포장봉투를 오픈하시고
      작은 비닐에 여러봉지로 나눠 담고 다시 그 은박지봉투에 담아서 잘 밀봉해서 냉동고에 두셨다 한 봉지씩 꺼내서 쓰시고 다시 은박봉투에 넣어두셨다 다 쓰심 다른 봉투 쓰시면 유통기한을 조금 넘겨도 발효가 잘 될거에요~~

      발효가 제대로 안되었거나 덜 익거나 하면 결이 안살아요.
