Thank you mate, I have just found the same as yours on eBay for 57.55 gbp "28pcs Radiator Cooling System Pressure Tester Coolant Purge Refill Vacuum Kit", this is the name if anyone wants to search for it! 🙂

Just a question Jesse, my r1200rs 2016 is leaking slightly from the front left of the casing from the little leakage hole!! Have heard that there has been some issues with water pumps or seals, any comments Mate, thanks....Rob

What about bleeding the system after pulling vacuum on the two bleed fittings? I thought you still needed to bleed those as a final step?

Good evening great video, but what if you decided to replace the radiator fluid in the traditional way? Without using the system to depressurize the circuit. It would be feasible or there could be damage. Thank you

Any particular reason you are doing this procedure through the overflow tank? Usually done on the other side via the radiator fill port right?

Hi, thanks for the comment. There is no particular reason except my fitting just worked better on the reservoir. If you aren’t using a vacuum then you would definitely refill from the fill port as it is the highest point on the cooling system. However if you are using a vacuum and completely evacuate the system you can refill from either as it will completely fill all voids. You can see at the end of the video that it has filled the radiator to the top even though it was a lower fill point because there was a good vacuum.

@@jessesshed2928 all right I understand. I'm planning to do this on my bike soon, k1200s, just waiting for the vacuum tool to arrive in the mail.

Hi Robert, sorry for the late reply. It is 15psi, Part of the video covered the pressure gauge but got removed during editing sorry.
