I love the plant based heavy cream. My grandson has an allergic to milk so I use it in recipes/baking all the time for him and no one can even tell the difference. Yes everyone knows I use it for him.

I'm sure the chicken skewers were delicious, but Coco Lopez is cream of coconut instead of coconut cream. Just FYI for anyone wanting a less sweet version.
