It is a smashing exclusive product for finding luxury or designer goods at wholesale or lower prices minus the normal expense. I got mine from Japan . really good condition no cracks. The zipper pull was torn. I forgot it was torn. When I got the bag I kept zipping and unzipped it. The third time I unzipped it the zipper pull popped off so I had to get it fixed. I took it to Louis Vuitton it was $30 to fix.

As long as everything is original on the bag. They would fix/repair it for you. I hear stories all of the time of buying preloved and people taking it in to get it fixed.

Look up Japanese resellers i bought a lv alma pm in mono for 347$ and a speedy 25 for 410$ at mall.elady.com. another website is en.brandoff-store.com. shipping is about a week sometimes less than that. I just bought the lv montsouris pm for 650$ from www.brandstreet.tokyo/shop/ i hope this helps! I didnt have to pay tax or shipping on elady.com i had really great experiences with her and i highly recommend it!
The Japanese have some of the strictest counterfeit laws in the world. If you still have issues trusting, you could always purchase and send it to an authenticator you do trust. If a bag ever comes back inauthentic you are protected on eBay and can get your money back

Chinese or Japanese sellers? Japanese sellers have very strict counterfeit laws. Highly recommend Japanese sellers.

No I haven't had to pay custom fees.
I’ve never seen a bag under $400 unless it needs to be repaired at $400-$600 at LV. I have no idea where you’re finding these cheap things.
Got two from offerup, no repairs. Each $300
