Dude! I've had one of these sitting in my drawer gathering dust for years because I don't have the code to it. It was already open but I just didn't know how to reset it. This video helped me and now I have a useful lock box again. Thank you!

Sorry but how did you manage to reset without code? In the video he pushes the pin in but he still has the right code as well. It doesn't reset without right code even when the pin gets pushed in!
