How to mark on tube with rotary attachment? EZCAD marking software

This is a video to show how to marking on a stainless steel tube with 80mm Rotary attachment.

For some reason, I keep getting split marks that show on the black annealing (engraving). Even though it is between letters, it still has to go through a graphic and it is showing up. How do I eliminate that split mark or blank space? Great video by the way.
