I was about to grind this legy by myself but after 30 min I just through gold at it and finished it 😂. Around 1k gold only with my mats. And yes you get all the skins when you add it to your legy wardrobe.
Personally I find it cool when games feature various cultures and mythologies instead of being lazy and going with some edgy and cringy name like "The doom sword". It's still better than calling it "Twilight", "Sunrise", "Frenzy" or something even lazier like "Aurene's Tail". That said, it's still kinda lazy, since Klobjarne in Old Norse typically refers to a club or a bludgeoning weapon, however due to the context, it most likely means bearclaw (or something similar, consindering klo translates to claw and bjorn translates to bear) while While Geirr, Atgeir, Kesja, Darr and Frakka all translate to a weapon type. Geirr - A spear. Atgeir - A type of polearm or spear. Kesja - A kind of axe, sometimes described as a long-handled axe or a weapon with a heavy head. Darr - Likely a type of spear or dart. Frakka - Possibly a kind of axe or club. The last one is Hler, however this one doesn't translate to any sort of weapon type, but rather refers to Aegir, the god of the sea - which doesn't really make much sense or adds any contextual meaning to the spear. If anything, it just shows the lazy naming practice by throwing the name of a random god in it.
I was trying on my livestream- my man Gary The Viking was trying to educate me, I was unable to get it. I am beyond trying and at full acceptance, that my american ignorance has now become my strength.
nice guide bro! be a bit careful about the prices on the wiki, I don't think they take depth into account e.g. some sell prices only have 1-2 quantity. That can skew the cost calculation
it is definitely skewed due to it being new and limited supply. youre 100% right. however it will become less-stressful as time goes on, i felt it was important to show the costs in a "right now" sense, but as time goes on the guide will still be relevant, just cheaper overall. i have still not decided to keep or sell the spear. maybe i'll do a giveaway or something when its done.
@@SilhouetteGaming1 I see. yeah well no website/wiki currently has depth added to the cost calculation unfortunately. Most probably just do spreadsheets and add some leeway to the calculation like 5%. gw2trader has depth charts and adjustable depths for tradeables but not for individual items which is annoying. I just wish that some site adds it soon so it's easier to calculate the exact cost
Lmao I had the same thought when I tried to pronounce the spear name myself. Like lol??? It’s dangerously close to something I have no business saying.😂
is it really that hard to pronounce these names? just replace "j" with y lol Guess ill be crafting the gen 1 spear, this is too much for just 1 weapon even if that weapon can be used by every job
They can never pronounce anything usually associated with the Norn race, especially when it has a "J" in it. Please, pronounce the "J's" as they were "Y's". Klob(y)arne, (Y)ormag, (Y)anthir Wilds!!!
@@SilhouetteGaming1 eheh, I'm just joking around, although it is how you should pronounce it. I cringe every time the characters in game repeatedly pronounce it as "J", just like you wouldn't pronounce Mjölnir or Jörmungandr with the "J" sound.

Waiting for it to drop around 2.5k so I can buy it
Nice content as always.
@lammia07 thanks for your support brother! Hope to keep it up.
You know when the names are so messed up that even the might translator is not able to pronounce it evenly every time you play it.

I'm going to pronounce things even wronger now (yes I'm aware wronger isn't a word.)
