Just curious ....I thought that "acidic" foods cause inflammation, so the "alkaline" foods are what reduces and/or eliminates inflammation... is that correct? ...If so, aren't tomatoes acidic? Shouldn't they be avoided?
I feel that there are so many opposing "opinions", that it's so hard to know what is accurate.

I agree with the so many opposing opinions/theories that it is challenging to find one’s truth. I believe if one only consumes clean WFPB diet the body will clean itself and one will find that which was reactive will become non reactive. As in the whole nigh shade theory. Reading right now Arnold Ehret’s The Mucusless Diet System. Certain foods he claims when heated the right way. Lots of other info that makes sense to me.

@@giselafiege7169 Thank you so much for your reply and insight... I appreciate it. It is/has been a true challenge, and any information that "backs up" the statements really does help... Thank you.

Is Greek yoghurt dairy free? I always thought it was from Goats milk. 🧐

So your video is titled with the word inflammatory then I see you grab olive oil. Do you realize olive oil causes inflammation?

I used extra virgin olive oil and not tthe normal ones. You can use the oil you want x

@@kathy.7475 Good quality, single origin olive oil is great as part of a healthy diet. I’ve reduced my inflammatory markers while eating a green Mediterranean diet with liberal use of olive oil.
