Nespresso Vertuo Plus unboxing and review | Is this machine for you?

I recently purchased a Nespresso Vertuo Plus and I thought I would do an unboxing / review of my first experiences with the machine. There are pros and cons to owning this machine, and I think you will have to do your research and decide if this model will work for you.

I should mention that you can purchase the Vertuo Plus with a milk frother, which would probably be a better option for those who like HOT lattes. I didn't really want to pay the extra $$$ or have to clean the frother, but it is an option!

I just got this from Amazon last week because they had it on sale for like $70 off. So far it’s been working great and I’m satisfied.

My biggest complaint is that the coffee is so good I find myself wanting a second cup. 😂

I recently ordered Pierre Herme Infiniment Fruité Raspberry from the Nespresso website and that has been my favorite. It's a special edition though so I'll be sad when the box is gone. I regularly drink Stormio and Melozio pods. Ice forte pods make amazing iced coffee though and is also one of my favorites.

No, it doesn't.This machine uses store bought pods. The pods aren't meant to be refilled. (Though I have read about others figuring out how to refill their pods)
