    Very timely. I've been following you for awhile now and feeling better than I have in years. I'll be 81 in a few months and feel my age reversing now! Had a frozen back which totally loosened up with a major fall followed by a slipped disc. You have given me the means to get my life back. Thank you

    I am so grateful that I discovered your videos! I have strengthened my legs to the point where I am able to stand on my own from a low car seat....something I haven't been able to do for decades! I'm in my seventies, and I can climb up on my patio from the ground level, also with no assistance. I am looking forward to trying these exercises as well....thank you for this!

    Thanks for this, I used to be fit 20 years ago, but now Im a couch potato. Im realising the older you get, movement is so important. I will start with your video and build up from there. You prove, you don’t need an expensive gym membership, but to move and start somewhere/anywhere.

    At the age of 63, F, I DESPISE going to the fitness center, just across the street, because of the people who go there all the time, as I get tired of them…I’ve been observing a time when it is quieter in there so I can go more often during that less busy time. I appreciate a video showing how to strength muscles without the machines.

      I was used to going to the gym
      Getting my workout done
      But now that it has become a trend
      The gyms are always packed with idiots
      Most don’t have a clue
      They waste time on their phones

    I am so glad I came across your video today and thanks for the free video. I am 66 in good health but seen my dad suffer with his L3L4L5 that we had to get him operated at his age of 90.     Thanks a lot for your advice and tips…they value a lot.I struggle with muscle loss after treatments for breast cancer, I always was fit but after cancer I feel like I am a lot older than I actually am.Movement is the key in almost everything, helped me a lot after the double mastectomy that I had, i did exercises that my surgeon recomended after the surgery, I did those every day since 3 years ago, and I know for sure that kept my range of motion almost perfect.Thanks a lot for your videos and the effort you put in all this!!❤

      Yeah lunges ain’t happening with my PFS
      I have use machines to isolate my quads so my patella tracks in groove & gastro so I stay stretched out

    Very nice doable exercise routine!
    BTW, donkey calf raises can also be done on the kitchen bench, which makes it extra easy to fit into odd minutes while you are waiting for water to boil, etc.

    Is there a calf strength exercise that doesn’t involve raising up on the ball of the foot? Asking as due to a chronic injury I must avoid this action.

    Thank you Will i have noticed since my hip replacement last year a definite decline in my calf muscles due to the recovery phase. I will try theses excercises and let you know how I get on. 😀

    Hi. Do you have some useful exercises and information for patients of fibromyalgia facing muscle loss and chronic pain?

      Stretch when u get up. Spend 15 min stretching after pottying!
      Then try not to sit too much. Get up & walk around the house or the block, several times a morning and again in afternoon. Long walk after dinner.
      Change positions often if watching tv.
      Use moist heat.
      Getting Off Grains is the biggest help tho!! Try it for one week. It will be miraculous and if not, it will still be alot better!

    A useful bottle for heavier weight exercises is a 5litre plastic bottle that has a handle built in to its shape i.e. windscreen wash etc. when filled with water it will weigh about 5Kgs. Can reduce the weight by the amount of water.

    Dear Will, I tried the exercise above and had no pain.
    The I Stronger legs in just 10 days for the first time and the next day I was very stiff. Do you have stretches for after the exercise. I am 64 years old and haven’t exercised is 10 years. I really enjoy your exercises.

    Hi. Please make a video on avoiding shoulder replacement surgery, from suspiciously painful to serious (My mother had both hers done. Now I'm worried it's starting.)

      I have been diagnosed with shoulder impingement, and I would like some excercises to fix this too. My gp physios excercises have not helped and ive been doing the religiously for months. The pain is not in my shoulder but in my arm muscle and now elbow is hurting as well 🤦

    Will, could I ask/suggest that you might consider offering/attaching a file that shows each exercise graphically. Perhaps the number of exercises shown in your TH-cam video. The viewer could download/print the file and accurately follow your suggested exercise routine. This would really help your followers to be more committed to an active strength/flexibility/balance/etc. program. HT Physio posted on many exercise room walls!
