They take humanity seriously unless they can squeak it by news story and the world. Their statement is a big lie.

I love it when social media does something good. Reporters, news agencies, influencers, TH-camrs, viewers, etc., aligned to stop something evil.

Such a stupid stance to take. This is a huge reason why arbitration clauses should never be allowed in TOS/EULA when making accounts to use a service.

They assumed that they could scare Mr. Piccolo into dropping the lawsuit, but because of the backlash it caused they had no choice but to rescind it.

Did you just say that Disney Tickets come with an agreement that says the customer agrees to settle any possible lawsuit out of court????? If I got that right, I will continue to never go to Disney.

Mr. Piccolo should sue for more money. 50,000 is still low. It's good to know that Disney using the Disney+ subscription clause to get out of a court trial has caught up with them. It was hurting their reputation so they had to have a change of heart. Karma strikes the worst people and Disney has found out it's not immune.

They’re wrong I think; Disney “waived their right to arbitration”. This just means that Disney thinks they’d lose it in this case and would rather avoid a court precedent on their “arbitration” clause in Disney+. Disney is saving their own butt is all their doing

No, it didn’t go over well at all. Which is the only reason why they’re back pedaling.

Social media has its faults, but being the bane of corporations is not one of them....
