It’s a beautiful house but I just don’t like where it’s located. Kind of feel like in a fishbowl everybody’s watching you just surrounded by too many tall buildings. I love the view of the water you know the intercoastal water gorgeous and the house next-door just a little too close, but I don’t think that house should be worth 13.5 million I could see you that maybe 8,000,009 1/2 million best but like I said it’s a beautiful house very beautiful in the inside very spacious but it’s location I feel like I have no privacy like you’re being watched all the way around
