I'm sorry, SHINee defines the live stage for KPOP - vocals, choreography, performance, charisma, stage, did I leave out anything? They make me cry, scream, dance, shiver, sing and remember forever that I feel this way.
Shinee had a concert in Buenos Aires in 2014 and I went because, even I am not a Shawols, I really love the songs of Shinee and they are just incredible singers and dancers that I admire so much. The concert was amazing… they really shine all the time… their voices are gem 💎… when 2 hours of concert already past I was just stunned that they keep singing and dancing flawless. Jonghyun’s voice really can goes through you. For me, It was a concert that I always remember as one of the most iconic concert in my life… and always be.
This performance is fantastic (elastic - sorry I couldn't resist)!!!! 🤣 SHINee's concert performances are always better than MVs or comeback stages! As the Shawols always say: SHINee never disappoints and they always deliver 110% in every performance! Thanks so much for your reaction! I imagine you already have a list of live performances to react to, but I would highly recommend the Stranger (SWC4) song reaction 💖
We can barely hear Taemin's first line while he's changing in backstage, Onew covered it. Love to see how they cover each other, their interaction and energy on stage. 😃
Whenever I rewatch their live concerts, I feel their energy coming out of the screen- what more when it's live. Oooh it's in my bucketlist to watch a live concert once taemin joins them next year.
SHINee, being the live performance kings ❤ and this particular stage is already in the middle of the whole concert. The way they can sustain their energy performing their 110% frm beginning til end is insane. Tysm for this reaction.
I loved this reaction, thank you so much! And yes - this is how it's always going to be when watching a live performance of SHINee. They are vocals kings and they are live performance kings and there is a reason they're called Idols of Idols 🥰 Enjoy your SHINee journey, it's one hell of a ride and utterly awesome ❤
"Ring Ding Dong" was the opening song of that set. Right before this, Taemin had performed his song "Goodbye (Sayonara Hitori)" as a solo stage while the other members were changing their clothes, so if you notice, you don't see him in the beginning because it took him a little longer to get redressed. However, you can still hear Taemin's voice in the beginning of the song because he was actually singing his lines while finishing getting ready from backstage. You see him pop up from underneath the stage and join them a few seconds into the performance. That's how good they are at what they do. They still give 110% no matter what, and sound perfect even while multitasking. ;) And, if you watch this full concert, you will see that this set is about 1 hour and 20 minutes into their 3 1/2 hour concert. If you think this performance was good, just wait until you see a full set or the full concert, th-cam.com/video/GVo4BqXy-T8/w-d-xo.html. :D They are impressive when you see them perform one song, but when you see how much passion and energy they use for a full set, and even a full concert, and still are able to maintain stable vocals while singing live the whole time, you will be even more blown away. This concert was SHINee's SHINee World Concert V (SWC5) in Seoul, so it was in 2016. You can tell this concert is in 2016 because Minho has gray hair, which means this was soon after their "1 Of 1" promotions, which was their title track from their comeback in 2016. If you remember in their "1 of 1" MV they have the same look and style. Minho dyes his hair so infrequently, and each of the member's hairstyles usually change so dramatically for every comeback because of their effort to continually be trendy, that you often can tell what era something is part of just by the members' hair colors and styles. This was their 5th world tour -- and at this point they had already held more than 100 concerts in their career. So Onew and Jonghyun were about 27, Minho and Key were about 25 and Taemin was around 23. If you are impressed with Jonghyun's long high note in "Lucifer" -- which is about 20 seconds long -- just wait. Jonghyun is known for his amazing vocal abilities that is why he is considered one of the BEST vocalists of all time. What you just heard is normal when it comes to Jonghyun, especially when he performs live. However, although Jonghyun has some impressive high notes, it doesn't even come close to what Onew can do. Check out Onew's performance of "Friend," where he broke the record for the longest continuous note without changing tone or pitch, at 40+ seconds. All the members of SHINee can hit impressive high notes. Even Minho who is the main rapper and the one with the deepest voice out of all of them, has been known to hit some amazing high notes on occasion. SHINee are considered vocal powerhouses for a reason. What you just heard was the remixed version of "Ring Ding Dong" and "Lucifer," so as you noticed, the songs are different than what you heard in the MVs. SHINee never performs a song the same way twice, so it's always a new experience no matter how many times you have seen or heard them perform the song. That's why SHINee concerts are considered one of the best concerts in the world. SHINee live are always 300 times better than any of their studio recordings, and it's almost guaranteed that if someone doesn't vibe with one of their songs right away, the minute they see them perform it live, they gain a whole new appreciation for he song and it almost always becomes their new favorite. It's called the SHINee effect. That's why their live performances are considered the top in the industry. What you just experienced is why, even as rookies, SHINee was so highly respected by everyone, including their seniors. Even during rehearsals on music programs senior artists would stop everything they were doing to come and watch SHINee perform because their live vocal ability while performing intense choreography was something no one else was doing at the time, and people were blown away by how perfect their singing and harmonies were. Even still today, SHINee is the group that everyone looks up to and wants to be like.

Don't forget the costumes. Their costumes are one for the books. So yeah...pretty much the whole package.
Legendary performers 👑 SHINee concerts are 3 plus hours that never stop 💎💎💎💎💎

SHINee always gives so much on stage that you can't be dissatisfied, that's what sets them apart
Btw since Minho is coming up with his first solo, maybe do a video special his 2 singles:
