Just completed day 1 the kicks nearly snapped my hamstrings 😂😂 and the press ups had me in bits. But I got it done and enjoyed it. Looking forward to the next 29days catching up
Have 3 mma fights 1 -2 where im from , plainview texas its not as big , so im saving up to move to a better city with more experienced coaches , bit your videos always came through with solid workouts to get my punches and kicks more efficient , thank you and many blessings

Ill start after my cold goes off, feeling shit rn but excited to try that out at the evenings so im gonna do my normal training at the day and at the evening im going to do the program :) Another thing i would do is eat fruits and vegetables also ( for me ) wanna ask u why u dont eat them :) ?
Those tabata step push ups kicked my ass. 24 and in the best shape of my life but still managed to tap halfway through, resorting to 1min breaks in between. I don’t think that’s going to help my hypertrophy but nonetheless I’m going in again with a vengeance. I’m confident my muscles will adapt as I go back in for round two in a couple of hours, and as I continue to incorporate this into my routine. Thank you for inspiring the youth and the masses. Hi! I just wanted to say that using Avocado oil instead of olive oil would be a better choice since it has a much higher smoke point for cooking and you dont end up killing the benefits of Olive oil by putting it through extreme heat. Also i just found your channel so im excited to start the 30 day challenge 😊
This routine is insane! Just to clarify, Tabata push-ups is for 5-MINUTES TOTAL, correct? (10 rounds of 20sec-10sec rest). Scared to try this one, lol - will check in after I do 😉.

Just got through my first workout! I definitely had to get on my knees mid way through the Tabata set. It was great and this is the way to proper fight shape.
For those who are thinking carnivore diet you can start by slowly cutting out carbs until you have flipped it to eating mostly meat with a little carbs amd getting used to the idea/feeling of eating mostly fat like, 70% of your diet will be fat. And adjust it as you see fit. I still keep a little rice in the meals myself after trying carnivore for a month. Also having cake here and there. The main concept is making meat your main source of food. As a man you will feel amazing, less inflammation (which is key in training), more energy and getting really lean.
Day 1 in the bag Coach after your punch strength dumbell workout yesterday. 42 and ain't slowing down -was late to the game so not got the miles on the clock and instructor says I got what it takes to have first fight soon! Stumbled across you and hit a chord you a bit different but cool and a beast so I'm going with alongside all the other stuff see where it takes me LETS GO!! Just one thing I remember reading heating olive oil can make it carcinogenic -butter, ghee or sometimes coconut oil the recommended options elsewhere for that kinda diet. Not saying I know best just that it might be something you wanna do a bit of your own digging on. That article I read could have been false for all I know just worth checking.
