@@emre-copper honestly if your diet is working for you, KEEP AT IT!!! I’m not sure how or why my body has so much energy. Lol. I do know that I have to eat higher amounts of fat but once I get going I feel the difference. With carbs I would kinda have to use a lot of will power. For longer sessions on straight carnivore, I kinda float in the latter parts of a workout. You would just have to try it out and let your body adjust

I like how you step while punching. You can punch well from an static position and also moving in every direction. This means that you are dangerous moving in every direction, always ready to punch.
Day 2 : Able to keep up most of the exercises but I give up on last bear crawl.. kinda feel shit but thinking about I was able to keep up this much feel amazing. This kinda workout make me feel awesome compares to workout for aesthetic body. Thanks brother I'm grateful for you 🙏
@@zorojuro7731 I don’t think it constitutes as HIIT, as usually its short intervals of very high intensity. This is more muscular and cardiovascular endurance, but you can add intervals of high intensity in your work, that depends on you and your pace
