    Awesome!
I have seen tons of striking instruction from experts and pros, both on video and in person, and I'm not even sure they understand what they do right. I've even seen it taught flat out wrong by very reputable ppl. This is top-notch!

Painters tape on floor. Make plus sign. Plus sign falls on its side multiplication sign. Take multiplication ❌ overlap on plus ➕ sign. Stay on inner center point. This covers 90 degrees and 45 degrees angle. Now imagine circular clock on outside. Take numbers away and put the asterisk ✳️ symbol there.

Wow, never seen this type of ladder before. I'm in the remote region of Wales, UK. Our gym only has very little equipment because we're a small town. Will be trying to do this tonight

Great stuff! Footwork is 'The Sweet Science' it is both your offense and defense. Footwork allows you to set traps for your opponent and not be trapped. I watch many a fighter today at the sound of the bell come in squared up. This is not boxing. If you want proof this is incorrect, notice where all boxing judges sit. Regardless of country, level of boxing, politics whatever. Boxing judges sit eye level to the mat. Why? Footwork! Whomever is controlling the space as Lorenzo is saying is likely going to win the match. Because one, they are boxing and not fighting or worse brawling. Fans love a good brawl and there's nothing wrong with that if that's what you are into but boxing professionals are viewing something entirely different. They are looking for 'The Sweet Science' and let me tell you if you are on the street having do deal with some gorilla you better know 'The Sweet Science' for yourself 😂 Hit and not be hit and/or have a strategic escape...FOOTWORK!!!
