  • The local community project 'We Are Cardiff,' best known for its community centred blog has produced a film about life in the city of Cardiff, with support from Cardiff University.
The film aims to bring the lives of ordinary Cardiff people to life, while showing the alternative side that Cardiff has to offer.

Massively proud to have had the opportunity to feature in this. Gutted to not have made it to the Premier, but really chuffed to have finally seen it. Really great film, about my home town. Da iawn.

I guess it's testament to the 3 degrees of separation (Cardiff Village) theory that I recognised 3 people in that film!

i find not many places put much filling in the clarks pies, only once i had one filled almost to the top and the pastry melted in my mouth , i could really eat one now i have not had one for years come to think of it , i do my own baking these days ,i will treat myself tomorrow if i can find them in my area ? if not? i will get baking as i love my own pastry and i enjoy feeding those near to me .. ,

Cardiff for me: its various parts, the taxi culture, cheese 'n chips, the Welsh language in Cardiff, the coffee houses, Victorian houses, great shops, water (river and lake), St Fagans, the people, the cycling and Indian restaurants, good pubs, Llandaf, Canton (!!) and loads more!!

Technically, I believe Cheese n Chips is officially a Newport delicacy. Curry half n half is more Cardiff (but obviously not as Cardiff as Clarks pies)

An off the bone and chips is definitely a Cardiff thing and maybe only a Caroline st. thing.
