This series is thousand times better than every glossy fashionmagazine. I am waiting every month impatiantly for the next one to come. I love to see that someone ist continuing Bill Cunninghams work. As Bill said "The best fashionshow is on the street. Always has been, always will be." Thank you Karen! Greetings from Germany
I totally get what the guy in his grandmothers white furry coat was saying. When my mum died and I went home for her funeral I took some of her clothes back with me as I live in another country and I wore her coat on my journey back and it felt as if she had her arms around me. Everytime I wear it I feel like she is giving me a hug.
Love these videos for so many reasons~ the way you make people feel so special, the way their personal style is worn without "fear" of what others think~and so may accents and cultures in one place--just fabulous in every way! ❤ Lisa
Karen, I hope you realize that you are also promoting Kindness and Love! Everyone deserves to be who they really are without fear. I absolutely adore this series.
Karen--You have such a gift for noticing and sharing the aesthetic of New York City,, both human-made and natural. I love especially the juxtapositions you draw between this aesthetic and the people and clothing you feature. You definitely have an artist’s eye. The haunting music sets it all off--outstanding! Thank you for sharing💙🙏🏼
I just Love how you celebrate people's individuality and creativity. I always admire people who are not afraid to express themselves fearlessly. You are fearless Karen! So proud of you and love seeing you evolve all these years.
Sometimes, when I'm really starting to loose faith in humanity (because of all what's going on in this world and in these crazy times) you'll find me watching these videos and all these very kind, inspiring and talented people make me feel so happy and content. There are so many great people out there! Thanks for sharing, I love your videos so so much! ❤️
Please never stop making these WHAT EVERYONE IS WEARING IN NEW YORK videos. There are so many videos of this kind out here on TH-cam but yours leave me most inspired and in awe e v e r y single time. You create such a unique and magical atmosphere with your cut, the frames you choose, your commentaries, the people and outfits you decide to show. It's an art piece. Thank you, Karen! ✨
I'm so glad the algorithm brought me to your channel. I've lost 200lbs but have no idea how to dress myself outside of plus size fashion's very narrow strictures (especially torrid's endless parade of skulls, cherries, and hearts motifs). This is exactly the kind of inspiration I needed; I can't wait to dig into past episodes of this series! :D
Really K - you're best yet! I'm a disabled veteran at home lots, but with your channel, you take me everywhere! The thought and introspection you put into your words of colors of autumn, w/ nature, the city, people...evoked such healing vibes. Thank you & God blesd ya💕
OMG Noah in his Grandma's coat 😭I treasure my Grandma's leopard print coat from the 60's! The concept of 'ancestral clothing' really resonates with me, My Dad's bespoke jackets from Kings Road - hand crafted in stores like 'Granny Takes a Trip', 'Alkasura' and by iconic tailor Tommy Nutter continue to drape me in divine story x
I love how happy the people are when they get asked to go through their outfits, and a simple "I love your look"" makes all of them smile. Bet this makes their day, every time.
I love, love, love this series. You have a tremendous eye, and people feel such a boost of confidence to be seen --- not just in what they are wearing, but how someone else recognizes their uniqueness and intentionality. Thank you, Karen! Sending you and your beloveds blessings during this season.
Her appreciation of the color in each human she interacts with is joyous! I talk to strangers, I spend time sharing & listening w the homeless, the junkies, the prostitutes, I am in Yotown Ohio. KBC has a prettier canvas to paint 🎨 with, yet we know, the vast wide world of weird & wonderful fashionable folks. There is maybe something lovely in every trash can?
Karen, you going to make me stop being lazy go in my mother's basement and find some goodies. She kept things from the 60s and 70s. She always like to dress up especially for church. I will be doing it next month. I love these you always do a great job. I can't wait until you get your own show. Don't forget about us.
This was classic KarenBritchik! The light and shade, the atmosphere of the city, the warmth and personality of all the people and styles. A kind of relaxing video, it encapsulated autumn closing into winter, people starting to wrap up and colours changing. Thanks Karen I love your artist's sensibility.
This episode actually made me feel quite emotional for some reason. Some very stylish people, but also really felt some enthusiasm and 'normality' creeping back with this episode. Fantastic as usual.
I love your style style videos! The Zara wool coat that the gentleman was gifted by his bf is exactly what I've been looking for. The color combo of the outfit-perfection!
An epic installment, but all of them are! I loved the green Birkin. Green is a more versatile colour than it receives credit for. I even like green with blue. Thank you for the video. Have a fabulous week!
I’m left speechless every time you take me to another world with your descriptions, cinematography, music choice, shots, people you shoot! Absolutely awe inspiring
Oh Karen. This filled my heart with joy. I miss living in NYC. There is honestly no where like it in the world. I met the most genuine human beings on earth while living there. Absolutely loved this!
I love this series. I could watch them forever. The style inspiration makes me feel like I’m in NYC too. The best part is the joy of the people. It warms the heart.
Such a beautiful editorial piece. Your eye is amazing. These videos remind us that there is still so much beauty in our crazy world. We need to see each other and be seen. It's also wonderful that you showcased the gent that made his own coat--emphasizing that you dont need a lot of money to look fab. Keep inspiring us to express our best selves! 💖
I like it. No condemnation. No judgement. Accepting the individual expression, uniqueness and seeing the beauty and the interplay of colors which IS tied to nature. I love that connection.
The girl from Canada....every detail - amazing! I love her fearless use of colour and pattern especially while she's in a city that emerges into dark and muted colours during the colder winter months. Great video, as always, Karen.
Hi KBC. Your humanity is inspiring. You treat people so well. The people you talked with felt elevated Im sure. Thank You. This is one of the reasons we Love you.
The first guy is POPPIN in STYLE❣The guy with the the White ancestral outfit is protected ❣ Love the photographer's Coat❣The men are doing it today, also loved the Taxi Cab Yellow 💛Coat❣ I would totally rock Sister girl Orange Outfit super cute❣

Hi Karen. These videos are very special and show the diversity and richness of street life and fashion in New York. It’s like a trip to a gallery and an insight into the individuality and unique expression of New Yorkers and it’s visitors. Great inspiration and beautifully filmed. Thank you.🧡🍁🍂
You interpret the scenery of the city so beautifully. I loved the man who made his own coat. It was beautiful and he was so humble about it being his own design
Mam, the way you edit your videos and the way you praise people and notice small details then explain it briefly... YOU ARE A BLESSING. :')🙌🙇♂️💯👌💖💖💖 please stay safe and keep spreading this type of energy, A fan here from Philippines! :')👋
Brilliant Karen !! I just love the way you chat to people and draw them out and I love how you see style in everything !! Thank you so much . Love from Ireland xx
Thank You Karen, Can't know one compare to you, you bring us right in the mix of New York and your voice is what we want to hear. Love You....can't wait for the next one.
I'm always so touched to hear when people wear their families clothing like that person who was wearing their grandmas coat. Looked perfect on them too :)
I find it interesting that most of these people know the name of the designer without looking. And the combinations are so unique....and so inspiring. Only in NYC. Keep it up KBC!!
i love the emotional backgroud you put into your content! its not just about the pieces people are wearing and where they got it from, but the whole poetry and art that comes with it.
WOW! Thank you so much Karen! You talked to so many creative and gentle souls today! Love this series, have seen them all and can never wait till the next one so thank you for continuing!
I just LOVE your tour of New York and the wonderful people. The eclectic fashion is always refreshing and inspiring. I mean the attention to detail the photographer took with his plaid coat...the patterns were perfectly lined up! That 1960's green cape! Who cares what you're wearing underneath. Love you so much, Karen!!!
I had to add that I'm not sure why I tear up a little bit every time I watch these videos, but I do. They make me so happy and yet also wishing I was there to see all the cool sights and the fearless people.
That photographer's me-made plaid coat reminds me of this amazing afghan that my late maternal grandfather always had on his easy chair. One of my cousin's and I curled up underneath it, squished together in his chair, and napped together after my late grandmother's first wake. Grandpa was sleeping upstairs, alone for the first time but too exhausted. That's one of the things I love about these videos-- memories as well as inspiration come to me.

Brava! Brava! Once again you've done such a marvelous job. I'm so in love with the style in NY. You show such free spirits. Just dreamy!😍

I was waiting for this to drop! My favorite was the lady in the green vintage cape, but I also enjoyed the lady in the orange depop coat! Gorgeous!
