People finally got smart about paying $3k for a stainless muffler, or in the case of akra, $8k for some bent titanium piping that will crack after a couple years of heat cycles
Brett Swan Akrapovic pipes aren’t bent, they are hydro formed. It’s also lighter than any other stainless steel exhaust out there and no, it doesn’t crack. Been running an Evo setup for a decade that’s been used and abused, still looks brand new and no leaks.
I’d much rather stick to my OEM 4-pipe mood & test pipes. Same performance gains as an Akra, $4,500 less. That money can be put into suspension components that will actually make the car faster.

One of the loudest exhausts I’ve heard in person for the e92 I believe was the quick silver exhaust. It was insanely loud. But sounded so good

If you’re deleting cats you’re going to have trouble with emissions in general. It’s that simple. Spend the extra money for a sport cat system
