"In this video, we will be sharing some tips on how can you submit your 20 photographs in your Spousal PR application file to prove that your relationship is genuine.
This video has the real file which we submitted to sponsor my spouse to Canada. From this video, you can get an idea of how can you create your own file."

Hi, 1st of all thank you for this video. I have a question. To send whatsapp screeshot, is it ok if I export the whole chat into txt file and then take screenshots from that txt file to send it to IRCC? Your answer is much appreciated.
I dont know, if you can take direct screenshots that looks more legitimate. Anyone can write anything in the txt file so I don’t prefer that method much. However i think both are acceptable by IrCC, not 100% sure.
Should the marriage photos be submitted in proof of relationship category in additional documents or photos category

How long does it take for a biometrics request after the submission of the file?
Hello, thanks for watching. It depends on the current processing timelines. But it comes somewhere around the AOR time. So could be between 2-3 months.

Hi, did you upload the collages onto the portal or all 80 pictures individually?
hi, this video is very informative and useful, I have a question me and my husband got married in a civil ceremony in Thailand which is very unlikely different from a typical wedding or marriage ceremony, and it was just one witness which was the agent who processed our documents, no photos with friends, coz most of them are working, do u think its still valid?

Thanks for watching. I dont have much idea on this, but you mist have your marriage registered and should have some government issued documents which says that you are married. Like a marriage certificate document something like that.

We signed all the required forms by hands. For sponsor as well as for the PA.
Print, sign, scan, upload
A useful video about how to provide photo evidence. Would you please tell us if it is necessary to use a paid version of Adobe to be able to do this Spousal Sponsorship application?

No, we did not write any names other than myself and my wife. Just say relatives/friends/cousin/siblings/brother/sister, etc if you want to describe the photos.

My wife is a indigenous ( first Nation ) Canadian citizen. We both met through Instagram. After 2 years of conversation my wife traveled to India we both got married. Now both of us have been married for six months and my wife has visited India twice with me so far. Now which document do we both need? Can we both have interview now that we can get visa without interview?

Is it ok if i send more than 20 photos, like about 40 photos to put it in one document like yours? I have a lot of photos and cannot choose only the 20. Thanks for your reply.

No. We only provide the required proofs like Photos, chat screenshots, mails, letter from family and friends, tickets, bording passes, bills and receipts, etc.
Also filled the required information in the IMM forms about our relationship.

Very helpful video. But I have one query, could you plz help me out with it..In the website it has been instructed that the file size should be 4MB, but I'm unable to understand how did you manage to make an entire PDF file with so many pics within 4MB?
How did you do it? Plz make a video on this
Hi, First we prepared the collages from original photos.
20 collages, each around 8 to 10mb size.
Then we compressed those collages (sharing on WhatsApp, the size was then around 200mb for each)
We attached those compressed collages in the MS word file, and the final size for that was around 6MB.
Converted into PDF, and compressed the whole PDF using an online software.
The final size of this PDF was 2MB, and the pictures were still good in quality at 100% zoom.

Hey , actually we have not enough photographs of marriage due to simple intercaste marriage then how i can proof ircc is our relationship is genuine . However, our relationship is long since 10 year .plz reply me
In this case, please provide photos whatever you have. Before marriage, after marriage, and marriage day. Make sure you provide at least 20 photographs from different dates/months/years to show that you guys are together for so long. Do not write an explanation letter mentioning the details and circumstances of your marriage. Also attach as many other proofs as you can. Like same address IDs, cohabitation letter, your chat history through out (see our proof of contact video) etc

What’s the reason your wife had added in visitor visa to assure canada government that she will be back to her home country?

Its really sad to hear. We consider ourselves lucky that our Visit Visa was approved.
We had some health related reasons and we provided all the relevant proofs in our TRV application.

It was from the app store. Dont remember the name.
do it using google docs, not really necessary a typical collage just used 2 columns and make sure 4 pics fits or u can do up to 6 per page

Provide photos taken during regular intervals. Some old, some new, some marriage pics, functions, outings, photos with other people, etc.

In the birth certificate section, is it the birth certificate of Principal applicant from India or the sponsor who is Canadian? not sure about, who's birth certificate shall i submit, my wife's or mine's.
Hello, the birth certificate is required for the principal applicant. In my case it is of my wife who was the applicant from India.

@@mohitraman2810 i think it was as one of the mandatory documents. Get one if you dont have. Or write a letter of explanation with other proofs such as national id and password. I am not 100% sure what is the best way.

I think they can still gather the proofs. Because even in arranged marriages, the photographer comes and click various photos for the marriage album. Plus couples go out on their honeymoon and click some pictures there. And now a days, mostly everyone takes selfie.
So you can just add those all photos and justify your relationship.
We also had arranged marriage, and proactively started gathering the proofs.
We wish that all couples get reunited soon here in Canada, and start a new life here.

Arranged marriage makes it more tough to collect such pics !!
That's the reason I go for an love marriage coz I don't need to ask others to give our pics as we already hv it in our own lol

What if someone wants a very simple/private wedding in a court or temple with only close friends and family?
there wont be many ceremonies in photographs in that case.

Yes people can do a very simple wedding too. Just make sure you still provide those photos and necessary proofs.
The 20 photos include your pre and post marriage photos too. So just provide whatever you have and better to write a letter of explanation saying why you preferred the simple marriage etc.
Getting married certificate, witness names/photos are still important.
Keep taking random pics and do random chats too.

Just one more question. me and my wife will marry in feb 2024. When we meet. that would be our first meeting. We will spend month together with marraige and honeymoon and she will go back to canada.
Till then we speak regularly for hours on facetime and whats app
how do we prove cohabitation? some suggested getting life insurance in our name would help.

Is it necessary to resize the photos to a certain mb file or whatever it is called? what certain sizes of the photos to be submitted? thanks and please reply

No specific size of photos in terms of dimensions. They should be clear, not stretched. But there is a limit on file size which is i think 4 mb. So make sure you include everything in 4 mb file. Compress if needed but quality of photos shouldn’t be too bad.

How to make collage
Hello, use any collage maker app in your mobile or it can be done in MS word/MS Presentation.
Then place the collage into blank Ms word file to get the final outcome.

So the photos are included in one pdf with other relationship documents? Such as certificate, ID, birth certificate, etc?
hello, thanks for wathcing, the photos are included in the document called Proof of Relationship. We had separate documents for IDs, birth certificated etc.
We had the photos and description in the same document, but i think the requirements were changed last year to have 2 separate documents. One for only photos, and one for the context in the same order. please check the latets instructions of this.

How are these 20 photographs, these are 20 pages of 4 photos each. Please let me know if there is any sort of impact due to the number of photos.
No, there is no problem making college if it is not in more than 20 pages. If it is 80 different pages, then definitely it's a bad idea because IRCC officer has to look 80 pages, while they have clearly mentioned Maximum 20 pages for photos.

@Kajal, hopefully you should receive AOR before September end as per the current timelines. But be hopeful, that you may receive sooner than this. Don't stress out on the timelines much, have patience and plan ahead that how would you spend time with your spouse in Canada. Good luck. Cheers.

They Mentioned 20 photoes but is it ok to add more photoes ? Like photoes of both of us in outdoor visits only us both ? Some of my photoes are too big to fit in the word file page and goes to other page with text being on previous page. any suggestions ?
Hi, thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the late response. Yes, it is totally okay to submit any photos in which you two are together.
Regarding the size, you can do the sclaing of photograph in word file, so that it fits nicely on the page. i am planning to make a video on how to put the photos together on the word file, how to resize the photos, and how to make sure that file is still under 2mb wiouthout compromising the picture qualities.

Hii , i have a query is it mandatory to add spouse name on passport ?
No, its not mandatory. But it works as an additional proof of government ID with same address, and it also validates your relationship. But it's up to you guys. This is mandatory at all.

Its normal a4 size settings. As per the new updates from IRCC, they ask to send two separate document for this document. 1 for the photos alone, and 1 for the context in same sequence. Thanks for watching. Please subscribe:)

@@meilee3069 dont remember the size. But we used original photos to make collage. So that quality do not go bad.
Simply paste collage on word and see what size works for you. I resized pics in MS word.
