No i didn’t notarize. You only need to notarize if you are getting them certified translated. Else just submit scanned originals if they are in english or french already

Not compulsory! But it's necessity is subjective! Think of it this way, if a document does not provide a strong Proof of Relationship, there is no point submitting that document, no matter how legit it may be. Now, to your question, As long as the leased properties list the names of both the applicant and the sponsor, they should work because in this case, they establish proof of cohabitation, which is an important proof of relationship. Same goes for Financial support which i discussed in the video

You should not do it yourself. You need a translator. You can use a certified translator or if using a non certified translator, then you will also need an affidavit of accuracy. Guide 5289 has a section on instructions on translation. Make sure you give it a read

not required, it was my personal choice. but if any government document helps prove relationship(similar address as sponsor) or similar surname, then that helps for sure

I visited my spouse to marry her and thats the only time i visited my spouse, now i am back to sponsor her. Therefore I checked "yes" on the question if I have visited my spouse or not. I am wondering why you are saying this question only refers to before marriage. I think this question means have you ever visited her or not, meaning even during wedding, or before wedding which equals to your over all relationship.

you need PCC from philippines. Saudi PCC will be required only if you have lived there already for 6 months or more at the time of application submission

Try linking in the new PR tracker instead, it's more reliable.

Hello dear , I just want to know that I have landed in Canada with my daughter and now want to sponser my spouse . Our wedding is around 12 years old and every government document bears his name as spouse . Still I need to share wedding pics or whatsapp chat ????
secondly I have not yet received my PR card , can i proceed with copr letter ???
Third i am not employed yet ?? will it effect my application ?

Hello im. A bit confused. I just want to ask i am the PA, I am from the philippines and i currently reside in saudi arabia for work and i will go back to the philippines once i finished my work permit after 6 months, can i send my application immediately though i am not in the philippines? And i am confused whether philippines police clearance is the one i will submit or the current in saudi arabia? Thanks for the reply
you need PCC from philippines. Saudi PCC will be required only if you have lived there already for 6 months or more at the time of application submission
