The more modern Travelpro under seat bags have a USB port and are under the 14 by 8 by 18 dimension requirements. We can pack for a week in one and not have to deal with checked bag headaches. There is a reason airline professionals use Travelpro.
The blue bag, travelpro, is too large underseat. Would stick out. I never had my luggage weighed by airlines. I use 21" international size travelpro. Regulation size for majority of airlines
* CLICK BAIT * NONE of these are Underseat Items. Normal "Personal Item/under seat limitations" are 17" x 10" x 8" 1. Samsonite - 17.5" x 14.0" x 8.25 nope 2. TPRC - 14" x 15" x 8.5" nope. 3. TravelPro - 15.25" x 13" x 8" 4. DELSEY - 15" x 13" x 9" 5 American Tourister - 19.48" x 13.18" x 7.87" not even close
Except that the personal item/under seat limitations aren't the same for every airline. From the Travelpro website: "Delta underseat dimensions are 20 inches X 15 inches X 11 inches (55 cm X 38 cm X 28 cm) on most aircraft. To ensure your personal item fits these dimensions, choose an item that is 17 inches X 13 inches X 9 inches (43 cm X 33 cm X 23 cm) or smaller."
i was looking at SAS bcs they have low fares and their underseat bag dimensions are 40 x 30 x 15 in centimeters or 15.7 x 11.8 x 5.9 inches. its really hard to find anything that small online.

My travel pro underseat roller does not fit under the seat.
All too heavy especially if you travel to EU or UK. They measure and weigh everything.

American Airlines limits are 18in x 14 in x 8in. And if you don't over fill, you can compress most of these down to fit under the seat.
They did seem too big. The vids for Sprit airlines shows how small it should be.

Australia has a 7kg weight limit on all carry-on luggage.
Thank you big help since i am planning to buy one 👍 i go for travelpro❤️
Thank You
Lovely the Delsey. Have used this for the last 3 overseas trips. Only use this and a shoulder bag. No check in or I’d have to lug it round.

It is hard to tell, do they all have trolley sleeve (except for the kids hard case)?
Question Maxlite® 5 Rolling Underseat Carry-On will pass the measurements with Spirit airline or united airlines? economic

No on that one.. Stay under 40 total Linear Inches for Spirit. I recommend the Samsonite or Amazon basics underseaters for Spirit.
So many of these cases only have two wheels, not four
Waaaayyyy too heavy
Too large for most airlines
Would help if you used metric
I agree. Aren’t most countries metric now? At least both measurements.
“Luggage that are available”
“High deny-er”🤔
