Shut up and take my money! Edit : All jokes aside, in my current rig that is already over 8 years old I've been using some bequiet! case coolers ( 2 front 1 back 1 top exhaust ) as well as the 750w bequiet PSU and even after 8 years of nearly constant use they're still silent as ever and working perfectly fine. This speaks for quality, and I like quality since I'm rather poor and can't afford to buy new shit every year so I tend to buy quality hardware and then use it for up to a decade if possible. This is how you bind customers, as long as you keep up this level of quality and usability I will keep on buying your products, well done bequiet!
I'm really proud that be quiet! exist... they have made Silent Wings even better than before. 4 Series looks so professional and on PRO version is really nice to have a switch where you can choose maximum speed.
Hoping silent wings 4 will be a huge improvement, currently using Pure Base along side Pure Loop with 3 140mm Silent Wings 3 both at front and back with radiator sitting on top.
is the Dark Rock Pro 5 a thing yet? ill upgrade to intel's 12nd generation (or 13rd if it comes out XD) but ill do it until the next top of the line air cooler (Dark Rock Pro 5) comes out
Go for Coolermaster MASTERLIQUID ML360 SUB-ZERO, it's cryo cooling and it can handle those temps easy till 0. Only for Intel though, or I would bought it myself
I hope a proper HDD vibration dampening solution will be built into HDD caddies in the future. I have a 601 version of the case and it is terrible listening to an HDD under load. The fans seem great. The fans will come great for a non-water-cooled version of the computer. It would be nice if HDD cooling could come first before water-cooling. That is one of the concerns I have about the cases.
My question is; In my small room, temps are from 18°C-26°C, I use lian LI O11 air mini case with be quiet dark rock pro 4 CPU cooler. I plan to move to 7900X + 7000 series midrange GPU, AM5 micro-atx system in same PC case. If I put 3 140mm silent wings pro 4 fans, 8 120mm silent wings pro 4 fans. Will this be enough to keep my PC cool enough to give me pc longevity. ❤️ Thank you ❤️
This is a very interesting new addition to the premium fan market. While 3000rpm doesn't feel very useful due to noise, 1900-2400rpm is used in itx cases when there are only one or two fans in the system. I do not doubt the quality of these, but I am wondering if they can compete with the Phanteks T30, or even the Noctua NF-A12x25 at 1500rpm, 2000rpm, and 2500rpm.
If you don't mind... why is it that the 140mm has less fanblades? wouldn't it make more sense "fill" the area in a similar way? At least for static pressure? I'm just a layman so i might be wrong but by guts feeling, the almost overlapping blades would make more pressure no?
These fans look sooo good, I can't wait to get my hands on them. I have 1 question. I was almost certain your next Silent Wings model would use MagLev bearing. Could you explain, with a few words, why stick to FDB? Is it more reliable, more quiet or something else?
What is difference between 4 and 4 pro? I wish that prices were adjusted so at least basic fans would stop being 2 times more costly than average product from arctic
Silent Wings 4 Pro have a speed switch which allows changing between medium, high and ultra-high speed in a second, a higher maximum RPM range (3000 RPM for the 120mm), and 3 mounting corner solutions for any use case: radiator optimized, anti-vibration mounting, plastic mounting.
well, SW3 in the 135mm variant was already loud at around 450RPM and whispers are not quiet enough, if you can hear your PC it's broken, so "whisper quiet" is already way too noisy but I wonder how the new ones will fare, unfortunately I don't have proper equipment and no reviewers are willing to care about truly silent operation
I have to ask, is there any kind of rubberized gasket or padding for the points of contact where the fan housing joins the different mounting options? If not, I can easily see those becoming a point of vibration noise after a year or two of extended use. I'm sorry to say I may have to give these a pass in that case and stick with my plans to use Silent Wings 3 for my upcoming build.
Hello be quiet! Can you tell me what the minimum RPM of the "Silent Wings 3 PWM High Speed" is? Thank you! PS: These new gen Silent Wings are exciting.
Honestly, it really isn't that good... I have 12 corsair elite premium mag-lev in my tower and they are unstable at 800rpm-1600rpm and gives a rattling noise into the case itself. If only Be Quiet had created some high-end white fans, then I would have went with Be Quiet.
@@DxBang3D Did Corsair ever make newer versions after their original ML's? When I looked into them about a couple of years ago, I noticed they weren't as good as other fans even though they were still good and rated highly. I think they or some other company like BQ just need to refine and make better maglev fans since I imagine it was early days when Corsair released them. I don't know or think I've heard of any others, so it could just be the R&D costs may be more than what companies are comfortable spending to improve upon maglev fans for pc. Just speculation on my part. Good day.

The regular low speed versions don't seem any better than SW3, but the pro models look like they mean business!

"if you can hear your PC it's broken" damn, didn't know that. I had to throw away so much hardware, but I guess it was broken ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Too bad that you did not explain or show how to mount fans on radiator. With small screws or clips provided?! Push, pull or pull/push etc...
Thanks for the feedback. We passed this on to our video team!
I really don't understand why a switch needs to put on the fan? Cooler Master did this, and it was totally pointless!
It is pretty pointless for PWM fans
why is there no 92 mm fan at the presentation? do you plan to make these in the new line?
No Silent Wings 4 at the moment. For 92mm you can use a Pure Wings fan.
