- CHICKEN GALANTINA
1 kilo chicken fillet
1 kilo ground pork
2 tsps. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
3 tbsps. sugar
2 tbsps. oyster sauce
3 tbsps. tomato paste
½ cup all purpose flour
3 whole eggs
½ cup sliced pickles
½ cup raisins
2 tbsps. evaporated milk
½ cup chopped carrots
½ cup chopped onions
1 cup grated cheese
4 pcs Canned sausage or chorizo
8 pcs hard boiled eggs
200 grams bacon
I am a hospital patient now, and its already my monthsary today. To ease depression, your videos helped a lot. I miss eating and cooking also. Everytime I eat hospital food, I watch your videos parang ulam and dessert ko na rin. Hopefully I can cook again soon and I will surely use your recipes as I tried some already. And gagawin ko siya ulit sa Christmas! I used a smaller pan and was able to make 4 pans out of your recipe. I always watch your videos as it makes me happy and hungry! Haha. Love love chef!💕
