Gojo is the product of eugenics kind of. The specialness of his body and genetics is a big part of his character. Him projecting that on others makes sense and it makes sense that Miguel as a black guy is the first one to call gojo out for the flaws of that outlook
Eugenics is definitely something the series touches on thematically, especially back in JJK 0. The way Geto calls non-sorcerers "monkeys" and how Maki has to fight for respect despite having an "inferior body" is 100% meant to be a commentary on eugenics. It probably also feeds into the way the series overall comments on power, and why people regularly overcome more powerful enemies by cooperating with others.

A theory for gojo's return
In this gojo actually dies but he makes a binding vow to turn his finger into like sukuna has and in the later fights sukuna kills everyone except yuji (cause he likes to torment him) but shoko comes to the field with gojo's finger and then yuji eats it to get into hana and angel situation with gojo . And because it was done in an emergency gojo can't control yuji's body like sukuna giving us yuji vs sukuna , and on top of it we know gojo and yuji have knowledge on soul gojo could talk to Megumi and if I remember correctly (it would be helpful if you help me find sources) gege said some time ago how he had the ending ready where just yuji dies and everyone lives or everyone dies and yuji lives this statement gets fulfilled, once geg also talked about gojo talking about toji with Megumi after he sealed him so this could be done by this too. (Sorry if you don't understand what I am trying to say it's just a random thought which I am saving here for now)

I was watching Kaiyo Breeze's video about Gojo possibly coming back by using a binding vow before his death, like maybe giving up the 6 Eyes. I was wondering what your thoughts are on that? Since binding vows can be cheat codes in the Jujutsu Power system, what do you think would be an acceptable condition for him resurrecting to help them win? Could one eye suffice or would that make the Kakashi/Gojo connections be too much 😅

Note that Jujutsu society is ONLY in Japan aka they are only the "authority" in the country of Japan ONLY. Miguel, Larue and other foreign sorcerers are NOT under their jurisdiction and do not even acknowledge them as authority tbh. They ain't the UN more like the FBI except Japanese and holds no power in Africa, or anywhere else in the world tbh.
