Its a decent typical CF Hornet Demo. I was a Demo pilot for the CAF myself one year. But the best F18 Demo ever was put on by a Finnish lad at RIAT in 2019. The AoA upgrades the Fins have installed in their F18C's allow for some insane slow speed maneuvers without having to over ride the FCS in flight like we have to in our CF18A's. th-cam.com/video/BR-c1QeEyQE/w-d-xo.html
This is a good video, though I prefer outside and inside views to be separate, and thereby, full screen. Another fantastic F-18 demo video, is FiAF Capt. Arto Ukskoski (2y ago), done by Knight Flight Video. Pity the Russian pilot who was next up.
Terrific video... Using a 360° camera, and "panning" in post? I'd like to know what the g-meter reads during the maneuvers! Thanks for exceptional work, and, of course, thanks to the captain, crew and RCAF for allowing/supporting this video!
Wow that was some incredible footage, fact is ive never seen anything quite like that before. This is what 360 degree cameras were made for. I listened to this with a rather expensive set of headphones running through a separate dac and amp combo and I gotta say I almost wet myself a couple of times, fantastic job with the audio. Awesome job by the pilot, ya gotta have nerves of steel to fly those monsters. Thanks for posting this for us all to enjoy.
Thank you! Yes the 360 camera is a game changer for scenarios like this. Nice to hear you enjoyed the binaural audio with Headphones! One of the main things I try to strive for perfection on. Always a work in progress.
I live in the Central Coast, BC... During the cold war, they used to flyover our little village, at around Christmastime.... We are in the training area, apparently.
WOW pretty amazing footage and nice freaking views. Lots of vibration in the cockpit and way to go Boeing F/A-18 Hornet, way to go baby!!! Let's kick the tires and light the fires!🔥
lol he forgot to put landing gear up right away.. it goes up as soon as you are off the ground. He did a roll with the landing gear down that's a no no.
If anyone doesn't think "g"s are a real thing, what her face, when she, 's going into a loop or doing turns at close to 90 degrees. That stuff isn't easy!
People need to push subscribe!!! Awesome footage editing thanks AirshowAddict for sharing
Thanks!
Even 2 years later. Canada has one of the best demo teams in the world and seeing this live is memorable every single year.
Proud of my country 🇨🇦🤘🏻 Thanks for everything you guys do!
RCAF F-18 Pilot is amazing
Fantastic - Thank you & Cheers from Seattle!
That was awesome footage that literally made you feel you were inside the cockpit. Kudos, folks!
No, what would hv been AWESOME is if the Horizon was spinning around, just as the Pilot would see it 🙄
Beautiful Aircraft! Had the pleasure of Hearing And watching one fly around the City of Thunder Bay Ont. Got Goose bumps! lol
🍁🇨🇦 LETS GO BABYYYY 🇨🇦🍁
The canopy is so clean it looks like an open air cockpit on video. Very cool to see from this perspective
This is what happens when you are inside the cockpit of a F-18 Demo and it’s my number one channel now
Thanks Bernard! Glad your liking the content!
That is some incredible exclusive footage you’ve got! Very well put together, I watched the whole way through.
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the whole thing!
This was awesomely awesome! His eyes are so freakin steady during those G’s… Just casual, like he’s at the golf course. Sheesh what a boss. 🤙👏
Probably the best Hornet demo video I've ever seen! Well done
Wow really appreciate the kind words! Glad you like it!

Thanks Eric!
It's amazing I get to see the same performance again from the cockpit. Just, plane amazing!!
This comment is plane awesome! Thank you!
Makes it look so easy, good job at getting this footage and great flying from the pilot
Bravo Zulu Capt Deluce

Thanks and glad you liked it. Yes its shot on a 360 and I do all the keyframing in post.
Amazing. 👏👏👏👏👏
Great video, I like the gimbal effect, well done!
Very very awesome…thank you so much for the video and thank you to all our brave warriors that keep us safe
Excellent video and demo! The 360 and the split view was great. I don't think that I've seen that view used before.
Take care,
Be safe.
Thanks Dean!

@@AirshowAddict yea definitely your welcome buddy, God bless.
Wow 👏 incredible

Nice job putting this together Kyle!

Thanks! Glad you like it!
Amazing video!
Thanks!
great video, pretty incredible ...bravo zulu..
Awesome
Kudos. That was really well done. It is probably one of my favourite videos for the year.
What is the camera rig that was used in the cockpit?
Wow thank you so much! The camera used in the cockpit was a GoPro MAX. Did you like the gimbal effect?
@@AirshowAddict I did. This type of video works well for the in cockpit videos.
Amazing! CPT. Deluce makes it look easy. (We know it's not).
Exactly, it seems so easy looking at the pilot 😀
That's one of the best I've ever seen. Insane. It defy's every law
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!
Those shoulder harnesses look way too loose…great video!
perfect.
Great video. I noticed that during the landing, the tail hook was down. Was this intentional?
Yes it was intentional.
I was there with a bunch of my buddies
How many Gs is he pulling on this Full afterburner turn??
Not sure but the jet can do up to 7g
why did he drag the tail hook?
They only drop it for the night show to add some flair to the show.
Am I the only one who was wondering why the arresting hook was down on the final landing?
That’s the cf-18 hornet demo exemplifying it’s performership during the twilight demo.
Damn time for some new birds. Plane so old the seat keeps moving back on the guy. lol
Get this man a super hornet
nope will not even be considered@@Kevhoe
was that dan deluce
Yes it sure is!
Great flying. Even maverick would have his face in a puke bag
lol he forgot to put landing gear up right away.. it goes up as soon as you are off the ground. He did a roll with the landing gear down that's a no no.
Totally planned that way. The maneuver is called a take off to dirty roll as he has the gear hanging out.
Must have been a hot day 🥵
It was actually quite comfortable day as it rained in the morning.
Please give CF-18’s to the Sbowbirds❗️
will not happen

這攝影機可以維持讓地平線保持水平
F22 and F35 next please
That would be pretty cool. 🤞🏼 maybe one day!
@@AirshowAddict I will put it out on Beo’s insta

Untidy. Way off axis in roll stops. Back to basic training.
