In the interests of transparency it would be nice if you could say if you are just showing it for interest or if you are acting as an estate agent on commission to the owner. Then this is an advertisement which I think it is. Because that affects what you tell us about the property.

Why is $120 too much, how much is Airbnb per night in the US? Apartments are expensive in the US,2 bedrooms are 1800-2000 talk more of 3 bedrooms.
What's a ball park cost to build an apartment like that or a 6 suite building.
