Storage media are the medium we use to store our data e.g Pen drive, CD, Micro SD, cassette. But storage device are the devices we put media inside e.g CD drive, your computer USD port, video cassette. In summary, you put CD inside CD drive, that means CD is a media, CD drive is a device. I hope you get it?
