Hi Dan....our bungalow ridge height of just over 2m. What was the head height in this one and are there ways to increase ridge height without a full roof lift? We're talking getting it up 40cm which isn't a huge amount but in building terms probably means another 40k!
Please could i find out why pitched roof dormers are made instead of a continuous style dormer across the front of the house? The slope of the ceiling seems quite dynamic in comparison to the windows of the pitched roof dormer.
Planning don’t like flat roof dormers to the front. Most of are conversion are done under pd to avoid planing issues. As you can add dormers to the rear under pd
