You'll know because there's now a guy you have to talk to with an exclamation over his head around where the little girl runs around in the castle town of Accordia, and the other is a big guy with an exclamation over his head who looks similar to the weapon dealer and the NPC who walks around his flowers all of which are in the center of Accordia. The Questmistress also has a new quest available if you straight up go to her called Master Electrician. If not then you need to press the Option button on your controller before you boot the game up and tell it to check for update. Because those 3 things and the new dungeon maps were added yesterday.
