Bassai-Dai: A 5 minute refresher

Covering some elements of Bassai-Dai kata, a mandatory kata for Sho-dan in Kuniba-Ha Karate-Do. We slowly go through the kata, look at the beginning and ending movements and kamae, and demonstrate an alternate bunkai/oyo for Yama Zuki towards the end of the kata.
