This seriously needs more views!! Thank you so much for helping me and others. I am actually a 12 year old deaf girl and you have taught me so much when nobody else could. Thank you.
I agree! I love learning ASL and because of these videos, I want to be an ASL teacher when I grow up! No other channel can top this one! Thank you for all you do! ♥
Thank you so much for these videos. While my family and I are not deaf, we still wanted to learn another language and these are so fun. Once a day when the kids come home we all sit and watch one video.
OMG! I might be teaching American Sign Language. All thanks to you. Without you, I wouldn't know all of the things that I am learning. Thank you soo much for your support and help. Keep learning how to sign.
I love your page! Just discovered it, do you have or have considered a quiz type video? Like showing a sign and or word and giving us a few seconds to guess / sign it! I’m a beginner and feel like this would help a lot! Thank you for your videos!! I have always wanted to learn ASL
My name is Zach Curtis I'm 26 years old and I have Autism and I Absolutely love your page and am learning a lot more sign language and to communicate with people who are deaf & hard of hearing
Thank you so much for all of these amazing videos! As a physical therapist, I have been watching so many of your videos to better help those I treat and work with in and around the clinic. Your videos are making a big difference in helping me to communicate with others! I love watching all of these videos, practicing, and learning this beautiful language. Thank you so much!
Thank you for this 2 week introductory opportunity. ASL is not completely new to me as I have a deaf/HOH son. I especially enjoy the way you present each sign and sentence. Please keep up the presentations/teachings. Again, thanks
I am working at a new consumer service job, and I always feel bad when I come across auditory impaired customers. This page is really helping me out. Thank you so much.🙏🏾
I love this channel so much because it helps me and teaches me so much so that I am much more well fit to communicate with deaf people. I also have to get my ear checked out because something is wrong with my right ear drum and I always get a rumble noise whenever something is clattering or not even noisy just anything really. Even if I flush the toilet or turn on the sink.
Thank you for teaching us your gift. I have wanted to learn ASLmost of my life , but could never get out of my comfort zone. Our grand children showed me you tube and I found your program 💜
I am new to ASL. I love your videos as they are simple to follow and you are easy to watch. I am not deaf and I do not know any deaf people. I am starting to lose my hearing and I will most likely need this skill when I am older. This is one of the reasons I decided to start learning while I can still hear. Thank you for doing these videos.
Ive just started watching these videos and I have learned a few things. I enjoy your teachings. Thank you for helping join the deaf worldliness hearing world together. I maybe able to hear but want to be be able to communicate with people who cannot hear. Thank you again
As a Woman with several Deaf Friends & Family,Its very good to learn more when I haven't learned in awhile I would definitely recommend this channel,Keep up the good work. @Learn How To Sign
I'd love it if you could you do some videos on Adjectives to describe things and people? (Beautiful, ugly, noisy, quiet, smart, solid, liquid....) Keep making these GOOD STUFF! Your videos made signing sooo fun to learn.
I was born mostly deaf from birth with no bone to conduct sound in my right ear however it's really truly and seriously cool to know that someone is taking the time to teach others A.S.L ..... n_n
I have had a learning disability all my life in fact I didn't graduate high school because of this. Now, I would love to learn to sign, but my brain won't retain all of this. But I think I'll keep watching this because I love it.
We currently plan on releasing a new course every 6 months, but these subsequent courses will be quite a bit more elaborate. So unfortunately you’ll have to wait a little ☺️ There is also a chance that we’ll post those courses directly to our website. I do think we’ll continue to post smaller courses and exercises to Skillshare and reserve that platform for our introductory material.
I am in love with this channel. Thank you so much for your videos! I really want to learn sign language again. My mom taught me when I was around 4-5 years old, but I stopped once I was 7. I mught have forgot everything. That was 14 years ago, I wonder if it even a small chance I'll remember any of it.
Hello ma'am love your videos here again after back after a while from last video I would like to correct you that in chapters you have wrote the spelling "Entrepraneur" Instead of *Entrepreneur Hope I become fluent in sign language as I'm just a beginner Thank you for such a great style of teaching you are offering us through your Channel 😊😀
These videos have taught me so much! I have a friend who went completely deaf so I’ve been learning asl. Thank you for making your channel! I’m also a musician. Do you have any music, musician or musical instrument sign videos?
Thank you for this video and all of your instructional videos! I'd like to ask: how does one differentiate between 'mechanic' and 'plumber'. Say your spouse comes home and you'd say "Honey, it seems like we need a plumber...." In sign, would this require further context as the only way to differentiate or could one sign 'toilet' as well?
When you’re doing agent marker, do you sign the word for example, Law, and then do the agent marker motion hands going down at your sides? Or is it different for every word?
Is there a different sign for the title “Doctor” of a nonmedical Doctor (Ph.D)? Seems it would be confusing to use the sign you show as it obviously conveys a medical meaning. Also wondering if there is a sign for psychologist?
Do you need to do the signs from the video like a mirror image or the opposite for the hands? I’m getting confused on dominant hand and non-dominant hand positions.
I would love to see a basic sentence video in the future with things like “Hello, my name is ______ and my pronouns are _____” or “I identify as ___” Keep up the great videos!!
It's important to say that some of these signs have regional differences. Also, no one signs COMPUTER that way. WAITPERSON has a sign too. It honestly looks like you got these signs from an outdated book
This seriously needs more views!! Thank you so much for helping me and others. I am actually a 12 year old deaf girl and you have taught me so much when nobody else could. Thank you.
I love learning sign just to be able to communicate and I may be a interpreter when I’m older so I definitely love this channel

One of the greatest relationships possible, Is the deaf with the blind. It is powerful in a way that floors you.

Thank you Meredith and crew. Another great video that I can now add to my learning routine!!!
This video is awesome.!! Thank you so much I learned so much! ❤
Love your videos.. the way you explain. Would love some law enforcement content.. license, registration, insurance, speeding, stop sign, etc.

Love your Videos 😍🥰
This is soooo great! Thank you
Thank you so much sister
Is there a sign for sailor?
fantastic video, thank you!
Thank you so much for this video!
what about auther???
When you’re doing agent marker, do you sign the word for example, Law, and then do the agent marker motion hands going down at your sides? Or is it different for every word?
10:51 so "Pastor" doesn't come
with an agent marker?
I didn’t notice an agent marker after “pastor.” Is this an anomaly or should there be an agent marker? Love the videos!
Pastor does not need an agent marker.

Question: why doesn’t policeman or fireman get a agent marker? Is it because they already have the word man in it?
Do you have a video on things father and sons might do?
What would the sentence structure be to sign: "my friend's brother is a pilot" ?
I would sign it MY BROTHER, HIS FRIEND, PILOT
@@LearnHowtoSign he's not my brother though.....

If you are Right handed that's your dominant hand.
Excellent video
Hi, can I ask for some help? Is there a sign that I can use with one hand to sign "port" and "starboard" as I help train a hearing-impaired sculler?
Hi, quick question. What's the difference between plumber and mechanic?
Could you do a video for common signs for a nonverbal toddler. Like signs a toddler would have the most need of ?
We will add this to the list!

How to say radiology/ radiographer in sign language??? Thank you
Hello Meredith, For "When I graduate, I'm going to become an optometrist," why is it GRADUATE FINISH... instead of SCHOOL FINISH?
Why do the signs mechanic and plumber look the same?
what about occupational therapist and speech therapist
Me : 0:18
Lmao
how to sign social worker please
I couldn't really see what you were doing for the word program.
I see this video is about 1 year old. Is there a sign for Paramedic or EMT or do they just have to be spelled out?
Is there a sign for phlebotomist.. it’s a lot to spell 😅
Haha for that one you may just have to finger spell it
What about caregiver and other jobs
I was looking for job opportunities
I would love to see a basic sentence video in the future with things like “Hello, my name is ______ and my pronouns are _____” or “I identify as ___”

how do you get these courses for free?

This could be the case that some of my signs are regional. I live in the south. I began learning 20 years ago from CODAs, hearing and deaf professors.
