Doughnuts: 230 g whole milk, lukewarm 2 Tbsp sugar 2 tsp active, dry yeast 425 g plain flour ½ tsp salt 1 large egg, at room temperature 50 g vegetable oil of choice (I used canola oil) To fry - more vegetable oil of choice Cinnamon sugar: 100 g sugar 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon Optional - 1/2 tsp all spice. *Erin of Cloudy Kitchen used 1/2 tsp ground cardamom but i didn't have it so I opted for all spice. Still delicious :)
